Great food. By far, my favorite sub spot. This location was clean and the staff was friendly during my in-store order, and the were pretty fast on last week's online drive up order. The sub was great, but I definitely feel that my sandwich was fuller when I went in to order, versus the online drive up order. Good, clean, spot...I'll be back.

This is my second time coming to this place to pick up food for Uber eats and the food is never ready when I get there. They are always working on the customers that come inside the stores order first, and not the online orders that came in before these customers walked in the store. To be a new store there is no welcome to Jersey's Mike's Sub or nothing. It is just dead when you walk in the store. To me if you are accepting Uber eats orders, GrubHub orders, or etc. The store need to have someone in particular to deal with those orders. To keep customers from complaining about late food or cold food. Otherwise turn the machine off and don't even accept those orders. If you're not going to take those customers seriously. Because they're paying more money than the customers that be in their store in line, so they expect excellency.

I came in to pick up an order and before the order can be given, they make you confirm the order. My issue however is in the face that the associate called me “big dog”. I’m quite thin and tall. I do not look like a dog in any way. Although I’m black, I don’t know you to answer to anything like that. As I told the guy, “Don’t do that. Use sir like you would with anyone else.” I’m sick of this type of behavior. It shows a lack of respect and I don’t feel that I should tolerate it.

Ordering online was easy, everything was ready when I arrived, and employees were super friendly. I loved the cheese steak, and will try the chicken cheese next time.It's awesome to have a Jersey Mike's in the area!

I visit Jersey Mike's frequently for lunch. Customer service is always top-tier each visit! Since I'm a regular, the staff is familiar with me, especially since I order the same thing every visit!-Regular Caili/ Avocoda 🥑 "Mike's Way"-No Onions-Add Banana Peppers and Pickles

This is a well ran establishment that has good customer service and good subs for on the go. Even during the lunch rush, this place and get you in and out quickly with a good hot or cold cut sandwich. I stop here often during lunch and have never had a problem. Definitely one of the best Jersey Mike franchise locations I've been to. Will be back for sure

Everything is fresh, bread is cut just before making the sandwich, meats and cheeses are cut and immediately go into the sandwich. Orders are custom and both times I went it was made exactly as I ordered. Both hot and cold subs are excellent. Come for the food but the employees are friendly, so while you watch, conversation is very pleasant. All the tables looked clean as well as the drink area. Definitely treat yourself!

I loved the atmosphere and the service was very good. I had the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak. I got the regular so that I could enjoy seconds and I did. My only complaint was the snicker doodle cookie. I did not like it, I think it was too thick. I prefer another restaurant's version better. Other than that, I'm sure I'll be a return customer. I Love a sandwich with bacon but maybe next time I'll venture outside my comfort zone and choose something else.

They were very rude and and not friendly, not helpful. I tried to tell them what I wanted and they told me to pick a number on the board., I told the employee it’s not that easy for me .I’m dyslexicThe jersey Mike’s in Cabot is patient friendly, willing to help you and tell you their recommendation of what you’re trying to explain to themI will not go back to this location there too meanI will drive the extra 15 minutes to Cabot

Honestly the best visit every the lady that was slicing meat over heard me and my friend talking about wanting the same thing she told us to get the Giant it’s the same as two subs and it didn’t disappoint by any means! We smash it so fast only down said not meant to be eating well driving down the road! We had the 17th with garlic Parm beard so good

My new go to sandwich place!! The owners came into my job recently and were so nice; they gave me a couple of coupons to come try their product. I was not disappointed! The employees were all extremely friendly and efficient at their jobs. It was very clean inside. You could taste the freshness and quality of the food. Deli meat was cut as sandwiches were ordered. I definitely recommend!!

Not even done eating my food & had to post a review! This place has the absolute BEST service i’ve ever received anywhere in North Little Rock. The manager is awesome & the guy on the register (i think his name was Angelo) was just as great. Positive attitudes right before closing too!! We were only in there for maybe 5 minutes & they had both mine & my husbands hot subs done. Absolutely nothing was messed up. Freaking awesome, definitely coming back!!!Vegetarian options: there’s a meatless sun option!Kid-friendliness: they have a mini sub option & kids menu!
