After adopting a dog this place is perfect. They have a checklist you can use to make sure you’ve got everything you need. The staff can walk you through the best food for your pup. I was throwing questions at the staff member left and right and they were answering every one with ease.It’s a little more expensive vs your petco and petsmart. But the food quality is wholesome and healthy. It’s a whole foods for dogs.

While I don’t leave very many reviews on Google, I must for the NLR Hollywood feed! We’ve been getting our zoo their food here for quite awhile. Every time we walk in we are greeted, treated like family, and helped to the upmost of their ability. I wouldn’t trust my doggy and kitty babies to anyone else!

I love the products and service received at Hollywood Feed on JFK, NLR. I bought a training collar and leash. The store clerk explained its purpose was to aid in training for my dog not to pull me when walking with a leash and to stop her from pulling out of the collar.They also gave me samples of dog food that she loved.

The store is nice and has a good selection of stuff. I really liked using the private wash rooms to bathe your dog too. I just always felt like I was more of an annoyance than anything to the employees though. One girl asked me if I needed any help once but never stopped walking away from me. Another answered a question but walked away immediately after. I called up there last night to get their closing time and it was within 30 minutes. I told the girl that answered the phone I was gonna try to make it for a bag of food and she responded “ok” but it wasn’t like an excited “ok come on in” kind of response, she sounded more annoyed and like she really wish I wouldn’t.I don’t know if I did or said anything wrong at some point but that’s just my experience. I’ll probably just start going somewhere else. I hate feeling like I just annoy or bother someone.

I LOVE Hollywood Feed! The people that work there always take time to make my dogs feel special. One worker even sat with my nervous foster dog for 10 minutes to try to help his nerves. They always give my dogs treats when they come, too. I would expect all this treatment from a dog store with overpriced products but the prices are actually the cheapest in town. And if they aren’t the best price, they price match it! Make sure to check out Hollywood Feed for all your pet needs!

There is no better pet supply store anywhere. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I even get both my dogs groomed there. I recommend Hollywood feed to all my clients and friends. It’s the BEST!!

Daisy needed a sweater.She’s right between a large and XL but, I think the large is going to work. No problem though if it didn’t because Hollywood Feed has a great exchange or take back policy! This place has expanded to include grooming rooms too. Nice friendly service and you can round up your ticket for certain local dog charities.

Terrible customer service young woman with red hair and another young woman with long brown hair were extremely rude because they were not able to locate my account and would not admire they didn’t know that I gave them an area code they simply didn’t recognize and instead didn’t keep searching but miraculously finally found it. The reality is she became upset that she was unable to locate something snd that it was not in fact a technical issue. She asked me for the area code again which is when it became obvious she input it wrong so that’s why she didn’t find it snd instead of admitting that, she chose to be extremely rude . I will be filing a formal complaint against the store with BBB.

If you didn’t know, this location provides full-service grooming for your fur child! We have taken our boy to every groomer in the city at this point, and nobody does as good of a job as Hollywood Feed. The pricing also can’t be beat!

This store is set up beautifully! These folks go above and beyond. We found a dog running loose and as it was Sunday no one was open to take him in. The staff were fantastic and stayed a little late past close so that we could make sure the pup had a place to sleep. Some other places these days won’t let you come in 10 minutes before close and here these rockstars are helping ensure that animals are taken care off.Thank you Kylie and all the other beautiful hearted staff at this location!

I have been using Hollywood Feed @ JFK for my dogs special nutritional needs for a few years now. I have used phone-in /delivery service and in store purchases. Employees are always friendly, informed and helpful...prompt delivery. Recently, I used Aaron for grooming...very happy with my fur babies first experience!! Thank you Aaron!
