They did a fantastic job! My pooch looked beautiful. She was happy and not a bit traumatized. Most importantly, she was ready within 4 hours from when we dropped her off. I walked in to get her and was putting her in the car within 2 minutes and 1 minute was just bc she was so excited to be primped. Cost less than my last location on JFK. If there is a fault, it’s that they clean with the usual vet clinic stuff and I would advise using whatever North Hills Animal Hospital uses. No one likes the animal shelter smell. MAKE THIS PLACE SMELL LIKE THE FABULOUS SALON THAT IT IS!!!

First couple of grooms were great but seems something had changed and suddenly my dogs became very scared to go. Literally pulling away to not even go in the door scared. This last time I picked up my dogs, my yorkie mix’s eyes were BLOOD RED! I asked what happened and she said ‘oh didn’t he come in like that’ I said no and she said it must be his allergies. Sorry but no after a vet trip turns out they either were careless and got chemicals in his eyes or they pulled the lease so tight grooming him it was strangling him!! Took a week for his eyes to heal. Never going back. Giving 2 stars just for the decent haircuts otherwise would be 0.

Being a truck driver it’s not easy to find places to get my Charlie to when he needs grooming. This place took good care of him and isn’t hard to get to in a semi.

We got an appointment super quick, but were never asked for shot records on our pup, not over the phone or when we arrived for drop off. We sent our girl off to the groomer on 2/2/24. She was there right at three hours. Her groom and cut was really good and she looked like a whole new puppy. However, around midnight on 2/3/24 she developed a cough and tested positive for kennel cough that morning. We did have good service, but despite that I think that they need to be more thorough with checking the pets vaccination status on all dogs that come through the door, like any other grooming business would.

Grooming Gallery is fantastic! They do a great job on Lincoln, and I no longer have to fight to groom my boy. Lincoln is a rescue and ia a little hesitant to trust, but seems to trust the people at Grooming Gallery pretty well. They even are working with his bouts of growling. I'm so grateful to have found them and the wonderful care they take of Lincoln. If you need a great groomer, look no further.

Fantastic! Not only did we get an appointment on the day we called, it was a good grooming!!My typically laid-back and well behaved 10 yr old big puppies, are not fans of going to the groomer. They very much dislike kennels (trauma as young pups) and are known to 1) refuse to enter groomers (any commercial doorway) 2)wow the crowds for miles around with their berserk yelping and howls of discontent. However they walked right in no problem! When I saw them as I walked in to pick them up both, both were comfortably snoozing in their crate! With no reports of wild antics! (Groomers may take an oath of silence). Both pups were sparkly clean and smelled a zillion % better with less hair flying around! We’ll be back!! Thank you!!!(70 lb lab, and 140lb Great Pyrenees mix)

I needed my Furbaby groomed badly and I called the place she had gotten her first grooming service done and they didn’t have an opening until the next day, which I booked. However, they later texted and asked if she had her first heat cycle and if so she would have to be spayed before she could receive services again. I was totally shocked that I would have to do this to MY Furbaby and quickly advised them that I would NOT need their services again. So, I went on a search for a NEW grooming location and I stumbled across Grooming Gallery and I am so glad that I did. I called and was able to get her in that day and advised them of what look I wanted for her and they did NOT disappoint at all! My Furbaby looked EXACTLY how I asked them, she didn’t have any issues AND she was my normal HAPPY FURBABY when I picked her up! I don’t know if I paid a higher price than normal due to this only being her second time being groomed AND I went with a full groom versus the puppy groom she got the first time at the other grooming facility. HOWEVER, I would pay the price EVERY TIME if the results will be the same each time!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GROOMING GALLERY to anyone who wants an EXCELLENT experience for their Furbaby, you will NOT be disappointed!!! Thanks Grooming Gallery you all TOTALLY ROCK!!!

First visit…loved the results! Life got hectic and our fur baby’s grooming was a little overdue. Our regular groomer was booked out way too far and they were able to work us in quickly! Best cut she has had in a long time! This will definitely be our go to place from now on!

First time in a long time I've taken my girl to a groomer and they did not either scalp her or give her a doodle hair cut!! The staff were very friendly and attentive and even noticed that she has sensitive skin. Asked what I wanted and had it all done within a few hours. We will be back!

The staff is friendly. Unfortunately they only did a partial job. In addition to clipping nails and bathing our dog I asked that the excess hair around her face be trimmed. I do not see where anything was clipped.

Our groomer closed, and was the only one our pup had seen for almost 9 years. She recommended Grooming Gallery. We are so thrilled with them! Chewy, our dog, looks wonderful. Heather did a phenomenal job. All the staff is super helpful, the facility is clean, and the service is professional and on time. Chewy, our dog, is happy when we pick him up. He doesn’t seem stressed, or exhausted, or anxious. We highly recommend Grooming Gallery!!!

I took my 14 yo siberian husky to Grooming gallery for the first time ever last week. My previous groomer shut down after damage from March 31 tornado. They were wonderful with my dog and worked with her as she has arthritis and can't stand for long periods.I can't say enough how happy I am with the job they did and the wonderful care they displayed for my dog. I will refer everyone I know to use them.

Had been taking my dog there but this time the price had changed it keeps changing to much and I was rudely talked to about me asking questions and I was told where to go and take my dog somewhere else. So I am done with this place and will not be back.

DOG OWNERS BEWARE!!! My dog was dropped off for grooming perfectly fine and picked up with an injured eye! When I questioned the owner she stated he came like that. When asked if so then why not contact owner. Was told every dog that comes there has something wrong with it!!! And they do not have time to contact everyone if there is something wrong. So not normal!!! Owner would not take any responsibility at all!!!! Stated all three groomers are related and basically stated I was lying!!! They absolutely do not care about the dogs they groom, just $$$$. Now my dog will be going to the vet and I will be taking them to court to cover the bills. NEVER EVER bring your dog here if you expect them to be given proper care.

The facility is clean, and the staff was nice and treated my dog with care. They ask you how you want your dog groomed. I had a pic, and one of the staff took a pic of that pic. My puppy looked like the pic. This was my 1st time going here, but I feel comfortable taking my puppy there again.

I have taken my dogs here since they opened. At first it was a great experience. Today was absolutely horrible!! I had made an online appt. For 10:05. I called at 1 pm to ask about my Dog. The young man told me it would be one more hour. By 3 pm still no call. So I stopped by the facility to ask about my dog. When I explained the whole situation, the young lady went to get my dog out of the kennel and hand him to me saying “he is not done yet”. I toke my dog and left to find a Knick on my dogs chest. When I called the owner to tell them. They called me back immediately stating.. “ he was matted that is why he was cut”. I am beyond MAD that my dog was treated like nothing!! This place has went down hill I clearly see. Needs a good bleach cleaning or something. Stinks horribly . I’ll just go back to my old groomer.

Excellent job! Jack and Diane loved it. They took extra care with gentle Jack. He is a 15 yr old Snorkie, with trachea issues, dementia, eye and hearing issues, they were troopers and so was he! He looks great! Thank y’all so much!

Man, I sure wanted this place to be great! It’s always so hard to get in with the existing groomers and this is in a great location. Sadly, my dog came home with a really weird haircut and two cuts on her face. I was also disappointed that they don’t have a dog play area but instead keep the dogs in home style crates in the back while they are waiting. Bummed out for sure.
