Who locks the store up to stock during business hours and watches ppl wait outside and doesn’t even acknowledge them? And then they have the nerve to have attitudes. Whole store is ran down anyways. Go down to rose city extra few minutes won’t hurtThey open at 8 but still closed at 8:30 🤔They are closing every family dollar but the one that needs it the most!! This one. And the employees are beyond rude

When the stores say "open at 8" it should open at 8. At 8:10, I knocked on the door and was greeted by a rude employee. Apparently she was still getting the register ready. I'm sorry be there before 8 to open the doors at 8. I purchased my item and asked for the district manager's number and was told to google it and was yelled at that I was being rude. She was very rude and wouldn't even let me talk. I hope this business doesn't condone this kind of behavior and allow their employees to speak to THEIR CUSTOMERS like this. Very rude. Will not be going back.

This is the worst family dollar I have been too, they don't have change or they on break the doors are locked and it's 7:45 pm .never have the shelves stocked. I will never go back again, I'm going to the dollar store from now on.

NEVER has anything in stock. Messy aisles. Just trashy. Good luck finding what you need.You have a better chance of winning the jackpot than leaving the store with everything you need.

If this store got hit by a toronado, it would do thousands of dollars worth of improvements. This place is an absolute mess. The isles and shelves are unbelievable. Clearly the owner never shows up here.

Haven't been here in 3 years but just happened to run across this and remembered, the summer of 2020. Me, my son and a friend of ours went in there to buy a couple of items. Our friend was a little smelly because he's an alcoholic. Well, a manager named Katrina was walking around spraying Lysol complaining of his hygiene. I thought that was very rude & unprofessional of her, especially being in management. She should've been more worried about the little rodent problem in there, not a customer smelling a little bad

The cashier was on FaceTime giggling and talking with 5 people in line and 1 at the register. When I got up to the register, she literally told me to hold on and was texting someone with ANOTHER call on speaker (no longer on FaceTime). Worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences here but it’s close to home when I need quick things and don’t want to drive 12 min to Walmart or down to rose city, it’s mainly messy and staff change often but the manager is decent and if managed correctly could be a beneficial establishment but if corporate don’t care then why should the manager or employees, seems to me the problem lies higher up....

Cashier was on talking on his phone via Bluetooth headset. Store was extremely trashy. And they couldnt even make change for twenty. Cashier Told me to just go shop at the gas station across the street. Very crappy place. It's worth the mile drive to just go to dollar General down the street.

1/14/19The sign on the door clearly states that the store closes at 10pm, but when I arrived at 9:20 the door was locked and when an employee on the inside was asked by another customer who arrived moments before I did "What time do you close?" the employee rudely shouted "We close now!" The other customer pointed to the sign and replied "I'm reporting this to your corporate office." The employee just shrugged and walked away.

Totally unprofessional. I pulled up to the store at approx 5:30 pm with the intention to pick up some paper products and I see the cashier walk to the door and lock it and taped a sign to the door that read “be back in an hour or 2”.

This is literally the most disgusting store I've ever been in, there is trash and merchandise everywhere, on the floor in boxes that are torn open, shopping carts with random junk overflowing them and blocking isles, clothes scattered all over the floor, it smells terrible in the store. Avoid if you can

I don't recommend going to this store unless you really need somthing other than food most food is stale or has been there for a while I recently went there and it smells so bad I want to say this is a good store but it's kinda hard.

Rat droppings all over dog food area. Bags of dog food had holes chewed in them from rats. Sticky traps on shelves and smelled of rat urine.
