Its 12:36pm on a Saturday afternoon, and this store is closed right now, lights are on and the door is locked. I stopped shopping at this location because it’s always closed!! I pull up at random times, there will be a note on the door; “Gone to the bank, be back in an hour” to “Be back in 30”. In the middle of the day. When I did get to go in because they were open, the guy meets me at the door, and asks me if I’m going to be in the store long, that he had to use the bathroom and the bathroom was broken so he had to leave the premises to use the restroom. So, I didn’t get to shop that day… DONE with this location!!!!!

This location has issues with being open consistently. Ever since Kiki left this place has gone to H.E. double hockey sticks. Get yalls act together... this area is a food desert, and locals need this place to be open EVERY DAY, LIKE ITS POSTED!

I used to love going here because it was clean and they had most everything i needed. That has all changed... I will NEVER shop here again. The manager is rude and stopped me in the isle to say i shouldn't be in the store because i was caught shop lifting there before...Excuse me!!!! When she pulled out her phone to get the picture is was clearly not me. She didnt even apologize for getting it wrong and when i called corporate about the issue i was hung up on...Really???? Very unprofessional even for a discount store. I also feel that i was racially profiled from the moment i walked in with a person of color. We were not greeted we were just stared at from the moment we walked in. I will not be using family dollar or their sister company Dollar tree again just because of how they handle situations such as this

I will never shop at this store again. The manager of this store is very rude and this has happen many times. Treating me different for being white on one occasion and then just now when i reach for my bag at the end of check out she dropped it on the floor saying oops. Someone needs to retrain her on customer service and it really upsets me because I like the store it's self and shop there often but no more and I plan to let others know as well. I should not be treated different for the color of my skin (white).

Its a family dollar so nothing special there, but its clean inside and out. The employees are nice also. That all sounds lame but I hate driving in and parking in a pile of trash cause no one cleans the lot, then walking on sticky floors and tripping on junk. Maybe that's just me.

The newest crew at this place are really thinking they are the owners or can decide on Family Dollar owners behalf when to be open and getting hours and when to stop the customers from making purchases...30 mins to go... so close to closing time! Not doing the company any good thing...pushing out the customers at 30 mins to closing time. I know the store dont have s procedure set up for them to be counting the drawers down and making their cash drop on all registers 30 mins early. These 2 guys said they were not accepting any more cash tonight. Even if i have exact amount..card only. I went in at 9:21, and first off was yelled at/ told that cash no good there...And, judging by the empty lot outside they had already ran off every other cash paying customer with THEIR NEWLY IMPLEMENTED SOP of no cash accepted so close to closing time at 9:30...But wait, isnt the place open til 10 pm tonight? It is... but customers ran off and not allowed to be shopping or spending any CASH up in there! It is normally a really busy time of evening.That wont be a thing with this new crew. I know it is not okay for employees to MAKE OWN RULES. But they seem to think Family Dollar is fully supporting paying them while they keep out the cash paying customers...for last 30 mins...of every night..Wow, thats gonna add up to some change lost out on. But hey, they still getting a paycheck no matter, right? Please get this crew out of there and soon, too. Sure this isnt the first you heard about about it either...or maybe so? Amboy Hwy 365, North Little Rock is this store's location.

i have always liked this store but the other day i see a lady working there named linda yell at a customer, call her some very ugly names, and then proceeded to follow the lady out the door and all the way out to her car yelling at her. she claimed the customers kids ran into her. she (customer) told her kids to settle down but the lady that worked there would not let it go, kept on and on. i was getting worried for the customer as the lady looked very unstable and unpredictable as if she might assault the mother, but luckily the mother and kids made it out safely. this linda lady looks as if she has a serious mental disorder or drug problem. i really feel ashamed not doing anything, i should have at least called the cops. you would have had to see it to believe it, i honestly thought the lady might throw a punch or something, the poor mother was just trying to get her and her kids out of there and the lady kept yelling.

This used to be my favorite store to shop at and I would stop here at least once a week until yesterday I walked in with my husband and four children and I was told I couldn't bring my purse in the store I have never in my life had someone tell me I could not bring my personal purse into a store when there was other women walking around with their purses. I am now waiting for someone to get back to me from their main office.

The store is usually clean and fairly well stocked with the exception of the freezer cases. They were always in disarray and to be out of a lot of things.

The store manager, Lynda, is very aggressive and rude. She was yelling in the store and made me very uncomfortable. This was my favorite Family Dollar store. I will not shop here again.
