I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I was looking at clothes and took a shirt off the hanger and was yelled at bc "I was not to try on clothes" and I apologized and then another employee said "you can continue shopping I guess" and I asked why I was being treated so rudely and they all started talking about me and my mother as if we weren't there. We are from out of town and are staying close to the store but while we are here, we will definitely find somewhere else to shop. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Dogs are treated better at shelters than these employees treat customers.

The lady named Susan that works at this store has no respect for customers with disabilities my mom was paying for her items when Susan basically threw her change at her because my mom took a little longer to get cash out to pay for items her hands shake really bad. If that lady feel like she needs to get additude and throw change at someone shes in the wrong field of work

Friendly staff! Clean store! Variety of products! Smart coupons are great for those of us on a fixed budget! Manager is very nice and accommodating! I, highly, recommend visiting this store for saving time and money! I haven’t had any problems with having to find a cashier to check me out. Will revisit this post if anything changes!

I use Family Dollar because it's where I get on and off the 18 McAlmont bus.They have gallons of spring water for a dollar. This is cheaper than across the intersection at Dollar General.I usually am greeted when I enter, which is nice. It's rare that I have to wait in line depending on the time of day despite it being a popular place.It's nice for when I don't want to take the bus to Walmart.It's clean enough and the associates are nice.

This is a good place to get some things to make your bathroom and shower to match. Shower curtain and rugs and at a decent price. I'm going to have to go back there and see what they have now.

The worst experience ever, firstly there was no sign stating that no purses were allowed, a worker advised me to leave my purse in the my car or at the register. Never should a customer be advised to leave a personal item such as a purse with complete strangers, just like your cautions of every customer I too am cautious and smart enough to know this is more customer service. Secondly if this is some you require there should be sign up at all times. Thirdly The store is nasty and unfit to shop at. I will never visit this location again. Lastly upon posting this review I notice there’s a photo of a sign saying no purses or backpacks are allowed only wallets, well this does customers no good again if it’s not posted where it can be seen. I was enjoying this store even though they don't restock properly but today I got jump by an employee who came in after smoking her cigarette next to the door for asking for cash back. Not only did I pay an extra $1.25 for the Cashback but the card readers screen Infront of me literally read DO YOU WANT CASH BACK!

1st visit today and was impressed compared to the surrounding others. Store was clean and I did'nt see items all over the floor. Kudos to the store manager at this location. Will definitely visit again.

Because I don't live far from this location, its convenient because its close to the freeway, so easy access if you're pressed for time. The staff I've met have always been friendly and helpful. I'm thankful for whosever idea it was to put a family dollar there!!

Stopped in for a thank you card. Very loud and vulgar sex rap music blasting from a boom box behind the counter. Appears to be a ruff area, glass smashed in front door. That’s not the store’s fault but the should provide a more “family” atmosphere at Family Dollar. I don’t plan on returning on purpose.

Family Dollar is temporarily closed do to unloading a truck. If anyone is looking for a job this might be a place to think about. Obviously there under staffed if they have to close the place down to help the delivery driver unload the truck.

Went in and the staff is friendly with good service...went in for an alarm clock but all they had was walk clocks.. A very quick in and out...Lots of selection for Halloween candy right now...go get some

I have a line of cloths for me and my family i also decorated my home buy all my household cleaning items !food products! down there just about everyday for my cigarettes! Not including holidays easters next! Also great savings like 5 dlrs off any purchaseof 25 dlrs or more and coupons for everyday savings...have a blessed day my family dollar family

Dont know how you can give a Family Dollar a 5 star or a 1 star, but this one had what i needed even though it was a mess. This one is in a bad area too, but who can beat the prices on the essentials when u need them?

Waited in line for over 30 minutes, incompetence seems to be the norm here. There are several staff members present however there was only one checker and the lawn literally wrapped around the corner..

Every time I go here, there are boxes everywhere and it makes it very hard to more around. And the belt that you place your goods on haven't worked in a year!!!!
