Typical Dollar Tree store that has the same things that the other stores offer. This particular one is hidden by a couple of large trees in front of the building. The store was clean and organized. It was a bit warm and we later found out the air conditioner had gone out. I would go back though.

Drove all the way from WLR to find written note stating the store was temporarily closed. A lot of potential customers walking up to the door and walking away!! Definitely going to be losing tons of business in my opinion.

Pretty well stocked, they had numerous staff members in the store working and stocking shelves. The manager was present and greeted customers with holiday cheer. Glad to see this store in great condition after remodeling.

I went in there today and it looks sad. They are stocking up on tht new stuff, when they low on the regular $1.25 stuff (make it make sense). Whoever the manager is needs to be fired their priorities all messed up. Get tht store stocked up. PERIOD! That area is too busy for tht store not to be stocked all the way up. I was very very disappointed 😞☹️ and I left

Racist employee Young lady at the register was very disrespectful verbally and also adding that she will get physically. The manager was notified she's racist as well me and my husband never experienced such an racial display of hatred and I will make sure that I would never go back to that store again. And to add to injury we end up spending over 140 bucks in that store and that's how they treat customers you surely right.

When they’re open it’s an “OK” location—not the best stocked or organized. But every single time I go they’re are “temporarily closed”. Not sure what that’s exactly supposed to mean but come on…absolutely ridiculous! I would not bother with this location if I were you!

The manager in there seems so hateful and always has a bad attitude i always see him talking to the associates like there trash or something. The store is very nasty and they don’t vacuum. And it looks like food or something is spilled in the windows around the door. The associates in there are pretty cool but that manager the older caucasian man is horrible and needs to be replaced

Despite being pretty busy all the time this location is kept neat and stocked. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Other locations could use this place as a model. Heads up corporate, these folks deserve some recognition. Show'em some love!

My 4 year old wasnt wearing a mask (as the state mandate permits). Cashier announces over speaker that "if you just entered the store without a mask, put on a mask." My son covered his mouth and said they were talking about him. He was scared.My husband took him out of store and I stayed behind to pay. However, manager came bolting out of the back to the registers and the cashier said. "They left." Managaer said, "Good cause i was looking for them on every aisle. I was going to get them." At that I put my items down and left.This isnt the first time I've hear the manager talk about customers or be hostile/confrontational. We will not shop here again.

I go to a BUNCH of dollar trees because we travel for work.. this one was on the less quality side of most I've been to...alot of bare shelves and wasn't very organized..kind of junky

I love Dollar tree, but this location really needs to work on customer service, I understand you have to stock shelves,,but if you see that a customer is trying to get a certain product and your cart is blocking the way, you would move it! Nope the guy just ignored me didn't speak and act like I wasn't even there, and come to find out he was a Manager "John" shame on you being a manager and setting a bad example for your employees and Dollar tree, I was so upset I end up putting my items back and found another Dollar tree😡😡😡😡💯

The store is pretty clean but I'm not a big fan of their new long winding layout they made all the aisles very long which it's a little frustrating cuz I love the bit of section and spacing that it used to have now it feels clustered and tight

Dollar Tree is even more popular than it ever has been. If you know what to pass up and what the actual deals are you're golden. Pass on any electrical product that isn't UL listed and only buy the batteries in a pinch. You can't beat the holiday decorations and supplies, greeting cards, or birthday decorations and supplies. The office supplies (including postage mailers, clip boards, and ink pens) are a must and plastic containers for food storage and other kitchen supplies are a steal. This is just me, but save money on Chefboy Ardee's Raveoli at Walmart. It's roughly .89 cents there.

The customer service needs. To improve..they just act like they dont eant to be bothered n complain about theit job...sorry i will be not be shopping at lakewood anymore..the other stores in area ate much more helpful and cleaner. The store is never stocked..but the poor attitude is the worst.

The sales people at a Dollar Tree are very polite and courteous with customers and they go out their way to be acomendating and patient with everyone they come in meet and come in contact with at Dollar Tree in all the locations in Arkansas.

Every single thing is $1.00!!!You can practically furnish your entire kitchen, decorate, get toothpaste & toilet paper, food, snacks, cards & invitations & balloons. You can throw yourself a birthday or housewarming party. Big bang for a little buck.

Everything was pulled off the shelves. Boxes everywhere they looked like they were mo ING but they weren't.It looked like 10 toddlers was let loose in there.
