Oh my goodness gracious, what a lovely place for people who are crazy about their dogs (and cats). I stopped in to buy my birthday puppy some treats and found that they had store baked cookies and cupcakes (and so much more)! They were able to personalize the treats beautifully for me! I was surprised by the thoughtfully curated selection of pet supplies and accessories at fair prices. 5 star staff too!

Came here after meeting one of the employees at the dog park at Burns Park and this will be my dog“Chrissy” favorite place to shop. Bought her two new outfits, some treats, a dog collar, a harness and several samples and all this was under 70 dollars which is freaking reasonable and amazing. Go to a chain pet store and you will not get the same excellent customer service experience or the cost savings as you would at this fine establishment.

This is a lovely shop for all of your pet needs!I purchased a birthday cookie for our dog and it only took a few minutes for them to personalize it! Customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back here and inform my friends they need to visit this shop.

Everything about this shop is excellent. Roger did an amazing job on our pup’s first birthday cake. And our dog has a special diet of food that they didn’t normally keep in stock before, but now they keep it in stock they are such a blessing. 10/10 recommend!

I just love Bow Wow & Meow. We have English Bulldogs and we have 2 whose birthday was last month and this month. I never knew this place exist until my daughter found it. We visited the shop and the homemade treats for pets look so delicious I even wanted to try them. The treats look like regular food for humans and not pets. That's how awesome of a job they do! We ordered 2 cakes for our beloved fur babies and some cupcakes for our other fur babies we have. Hands down this is a must go to place for a special treat for your fur babies!!!

My dogs, cats, wife, and I love this place! It keeps the pets happy and healthy with great prices for the products we buy. The staff is fantastic. They're knowledgeable and very helpful. They genuinely care about your preferences and your pet's preferences. It can be hard being a pet parent, and they make it easier. They will special order products they dont carry if they can get it. It can take a week or two though, so we try to call in advance. Plus, this place is locally owned. Break the chain and check them out.

Of course, Todo is a PAWSOME greeter!! And guard, too!! He and Molly get along well, and she can be a bit standoffish even snippy at times. Roger is such a grrrreat baker, creative, knowledgeable and caring. He makes food that looks good enough for humans to eat and is nourishing for dogss. Bow Wow and Meow is one of only two places and people that the mention of is guaranteed to get Molly up and ready for a ride/visit. Even if we don’t announce where we’re going, Molly has a sixth sense about Bow Wow and Meow, and will get in the car, all excited. She usually figures out whether we’re going to the vet or Bow WOW and Meow by which lane we drive in. By the time we start to turn into the parking lot, she’s fidgeting and getting excited. If we’re in the other lane (to the v-peeps), she tries to be small and hide. Thank you, Roger!! For being there with such an awesome array of treats!!🐾❤️

We've been buying our dog food from Bow Wow Meow for about a year now. We go in about once a month to pick up dog food and fresh baked dog treats. It's always an awesome experience. They're helpful, knowledgeable and really friendly. You won't be disappointed!!

I'm so grateful to have Bow Wow & Meow nearby. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable and has special ordered a couple of products for me. Not only did they arrive quickly, but she has kept them in stock so that they are available the next time I come in, even if it isn't for a couple of months. I haven't encountered this kind of customer service any where else in central Arkansas. I always feel comfortable coming into the store and know that the products I buy there will be top quality.

The owner and staff here go out of their way to make sure every customer and their pet is happy. We recently got a cat that eats a special, frozen cat food and the folks at Bow Wow Meow had no problem ordering it for us and keeping it in stock. They even track and store the rewards card from that vendor for us.
