Always a pleasure to do business here. They have a lottery ticket machine which is more convenient than standing in line at a gas station to purchase them, this is my favorite service at this store. Been going there to purchase various types of items since the late 1980s

My fiancé came into the store today, and he was asking about a discount on liquor because we are getting married in May. The lady who was there told him no and that he was making up a story trying to get free booze. Not very good customer service if you ask me. She could of just said a simple No, we dont offer a discount and been good. But no. She had to call him a liar . We will never try to do business with this store.

They have a great selection for such a small store, (a little bit of everything, even some exotic liqueurs that are hard to find in Mountain Home) and if they don't have something they will often order a box for you or hold back a bottle of it for you the next time they get it, if you ask nicely. The store has gone through a few different owners and regular employees (all amazing people btw, I don't think this place has ever had a rude employee unless they were having a bad day) so I don't think it's familiarity bias that makes them so accommodating, but I could be wrong.
