All the employees were very nice and greeted me with a smile. The store was very clean and well stocked with items. All the shelves looked full and organized. All employees were busy working and still made the time to say hello. If I couldn't find an item there was a helpful employee to help me find what I was looking for.

I hate the self checkout lane and they should have more workers at regular cash registers. Which they only have two of. Most of the time they don't have someone working those.

Had trouble with a delaminating tire, and the service center team was a big help. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size tire I needed, but the little lady on duty and her trusty coworker did the best they could on a Sunday afternoon. Wish I had gotten their names, but if you read this, thank you for helping a Texan passing thru.

Personally, I just don't care to shop there as much as I used to. Guess it's old age, and I get pretty tired, running around all over the store to get what I need. Sometimes, I have to go there, because you just have to go there to get things that are not available at other places! Then, you have to check yourself out. You would think they could pay people to check their customers out as much money as they make! Guess I'll just go to ordering online and pick up.

This store has a good layout. Self checkout mostly, however they do have a cashier-manned counter. I think it's encouraged for use with the elderly and disabled. I find the staff here to be friendly & helpful. Personally, I like the self checkout. I know a lot of people have been very vocal against it. & WM now has national news media talking about their astronomical losses due to theft & deceit at the self checkout centers. This store seems to have watchful & attentive staff, which is a good thing to keep honest people honest. I don't ever feel like I'm being watched with an accusatory eye, & that's nice because I don't want to be made to feel like I'm shopping there with ill intentions, because I am absolutely not thieving. The produce here is nice & fresh. The store is kept in neat & tidy condition. I travel an hour from home to shop this store, as opposed to the nearest WM 20 min from my home.

Oh during the day sucks... Last 4 times I've been stopped immediately after getting my receipt by an employee asking to see my receipt. I'm not a dirt bag but they certainly make me feel like I am. On the other side evenings had this dude with curly brown hair. This guy has the patience of a saint. Such a good guy.

They don't move stuff around so you don't have to waste time looking. Hard to find an employee to ask a question. The staff that gather the pickup orders are the most knowledgeable.

When you call, they put you on hold so they don’t have to deal with you. Every time. There are only a select few people that will ACTUALLY transfer you to the right department. I’ve been on the phone with them for at least twenty minutes while they scramble to find a manager.

Shopping is great clean store,but the workers I've encountered in the delis are not nice a young girl was very rude talking about some one. I said hello three times she never said a word, wish I'd got her name this was two weeks ago. But the in store items and cleaness is great.

Walmart in Newport, AR is the best Walmart. The store is always nice, neat, clean, and well stocked. The associates are the friendliest around. It's always a pleasure to shop at Newport Walmart.

June 2nd I called Walmart searching for a foam pad to go on my bed. I recently had back surgery. They transferred me to the department which nobody answered. Then I was hung up on. I called back to speak with the manager and he wasn't any help at all. Telling me that they didn't have any comfortable foam pads in stock. My Sister finally went to Walmart for me and came back home with 2 foam pads. It's really sad that we spent our money in a place that don't care about our needs

It's a better Walmart in my opinion. Cleaner & neater. The employees are much more friendlier & helpful. Could use more cashiers, but that's typical of any Walmart since the self checkout started. The layout is a little different & items aren't where I'd expect to normally find them. For example, the flying insect spray is over in the grocery side. But overall, I actually had a pleasant experience shopping. It certainly beat the madness of shopping at a Jonesboro Walmart.

Absolutely the easiest thing I've done ever. This was my 1st time but it definitely won't be the last. Due to my condition I can't be around anyone that might be sick, this has answered my question of how I was going to shop for my family..5 stars to the young lady that shopped and loaded my vehicle..

One of the nicer Wal-Marts I've been in. As per Walmart, they were out of a couple of things. But I also love the grocery pick up. I'm traveling and have my dog with me, makes it nice that I can shop and not worry about my doggy. App works fairly well.

I am glad there are more self checkouts. I am also glad that you can order online and pick up in store. I got done checking out early and I was waiting for my husband to pick me up because he had went to Murphy's for gas. I have 2 small children and a staff member came up to me and asked if I was okay because it was extremely hot. I'm glad that they noticed me because even though I was just waiting for someone in the next parking lot, the situation could have been much worse.

The bakery need's a whole new crew!!! Worst bakery in Arkansas! No selection and pastries half the size of all other Walmart bakery's!!! Walmart also need's employees over 21 available at all time's if they are going to sell alcohol!!!

The store was clean. Every department I was in was very well stocked, surprising to me as the store in Paragould seems to have empty shelves every time I've been in for the last several weeks. I understand it's a well trafficked store , how about order more than usual, especially grocery department.
