I have always had a great visit when I go in to store but I also like that the manager will text message with me if I have a question or concern. Everybody that works there is nothing but nice and curious to all their customers. Brittany the manager totally rocks and dies a great job trying to make her customers happy.

I amA 60 year old retired female and the is my first time renting from anywhere, I told myself that it was not the way to get furniture but I was wrong RENT ONE NEWPORT showed me so much love , if I need anything else I would definitely rent from them again. Thank you Marty Holly and William Brock they had a hard time getting the furniture though the door but they did not give up or damage my furniture.

My old washer and dryer went out within days of each other. Rent One got one here within a day. I have had them a while now and they work great. Fair price, great people. I highly recommend the Rent One store in Newport, Arkansas. :)

Brittany is amazing to work with! Told her what I needed and she made it happen! They even delivered it to my work for me (playstation 5). The guys, Marty & Dustin were super nice and professional! Everyone was joking and having a great time! 5 out 5! Definitely recommend them!!

They all are great. I have a big family and sometimes I have unexpected emergencies come up once I got sick missed a lot work fell behind in payments I let them know what was going on and they worked with me till I got it all straightened out. Just talk to them and they will work with you. Bunch of great people

Great service! Very friendly Whitney was quick to find what I needed even if they don’t have it in stock she will try and get it asap. Delivery was very fast and the delivery tech Chris was very friendly and made sure everything was up to par when it come to our furniture. I absolutely will be going back!!!

Rent One of Newport, AR is the best rental store I've stepped foot in. The employees the greet you whenever you come in to visit, making a payment or just window shopping. They always treat me like I'm family and welcomes me. They always try to find comfortable ways for me to make payments and always helping me find whatever I need. If it's not on the floor they will definitely order it for. I've never left without being satisfied and they made SURE of that. Ambra and Brittany is the best!!!! The delivery men are awesome also.... I will continue to do business with them and encourage my friends and family to do so also. They have blessed me with extraordinary service.

People are very nice at rent one in Newport. I had to joke with them if they couldn't remember my full name I would get my dog from the car and get them with her. I actually got her out of my car took her in the store to show them how much she smiles. They really liked her and they did know who I was. Thumbs up to the staff there

Amber was super helpful with the appliances my wife and I bought! She took the time out of her day to find the paperwork and the serial numbers to our washer. The service didn't cost us a penny, neither did the excellent customer service! We will definitely shop here more!

Rent One will be my go to place from now on! When I was pregnant I purchased a new bed frame and Chris and LeAnn delivered it to me and not only took my other bed down, but put the new one together and put my stuff where I needed it moved since I was unable to lift anything. They are always friendly whenever I am there. Thank you!

I visited Rent One In Newport Ar wanting to rent a few things and the lady working Ambra was great! She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed! I didn’t have to pay an arm & leg. She didn’t waste anytime helping me get what I wanted. The delivery guys Danni & didn’t catch the other mans name was wonderful !! Done everything professional! They we’re friendly and helpful when I had questions. I’m glad I decided to rent again at Rent one !! I give them 10 stars but only have 5 lol!! Keep up the great work!❤️I went in last week to make another purchase lol! Mrs. Le Ann was awesome! They had exactly what I wanted. She fixed me up in no time. The next day Danni Cage and his co worker delivered it actually earlier than expected time. Danni explained everything to my son about the game & set it up for him! Danni has a smile that brightens everyone’s day! Always willing to help you get what you need / want ! I will continue shopping with Rent One ! Thanks Danni Cage , LeAnn & the other gentleman that helped deliver my sons game !! You guys are the best! 💙

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Rent One! They helped me select the size TV screen needed for the venue, delivered it with the stand and DVD player promptly on time the day before the event, returned the day after to pick it up and return it. I was stunned by how little we were charged for their services. I would heartily recommend them.

Never will give my business. They are a bad company in little and big ways and discriminatory against people that should don’t be taken advantage of during the Covid situation! I thought this was a 5 star business but this virus helped show the company and the people running it’s true colors. The movers and helpers are essential and awesome but management leaves much to be desired, in every aspect as they were rude and discriminating.
