I love this store. Staff are always helpful. The girl in the back that does career readiness is great, she's helped me with a resume several times. The only complaint I have is that the carts don't fit newborn car seats like the carts at Walmart do. You have to set the baby in the back of the cart. Which is fine for the most part, except if you plan on being there a while you'll need an extra cart. I have never seen any bugs at this Goodwill!!

They are awful. The people there are rude. I’ve ask a girl from the back a question before and a male. They were both rude as heck. That’s no way to run a company. The clothes are way over priced for it being used things. Too crammed in. No one wants to shop when it’s beyond awful. They aren’t helpful. They need new managers, or to be shut down all together. It don’t benefit a d*** soul.

I took a vacation a few months ago to this small town and just wanted to look at a few things I could bring home with me. Associate Chase was very helpful in finding a few neat items that would fit in a suitcase for my trip home. Store was very clean, friendly, and had a decent variety of merchandise for such a small town. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone passing through.

Store was clean and the staff were very friendly. Be careful with their prices--we found some good deals, but most of the stuff we looked at was priced same or higher than new. Perfect example was a scented wax warmer that they wanted $12 for that is currently $6.95 at Walmart (regularly priced at $10). So you can get some good value IF you hunt for them by doing a little research.

Love this store. Kevis is the best. Always mannerly and friendly. Go by and see him. He’s my guy!! I would also like to give props to a few other employees there. Sam, Ava, Preston, Hope, and of course Amy who keeps me in the know. This review would not be complete if I didn’t mention Devin the store manager. He’s the greatest! I go thrifting a lot and this Goodwill is heads and shoulders above the rest! I must add that ALL the employees that I have met there are great. I just haven’t learned all their names yet. But I will. Keep those prices down so we can grab the bargains. ♥️

This is the best goodwill around. I always find really good stuff here. I found a purse with $100+ on the tag for $4 once and last time got a pair of pants from TJMAXX with the tags as well. The staff was friendly.

Store was a huge mess. I couldn’t even shop or move any clothing items on the rack. Seriously overpriced. A younger girl from the back that had given me a price for an item was very rude to me. Only one girl in the front working the whole store it looked like. This place is about a joke anymore.

Devin and the whole staff is great. They are always friendly and helpful. I refuse to shop at the other stores because of the appearance of their store and unappreciated staff. Newport store is always reminding us of the new and sale color. They rock at Newport.

If you have time to dig through everything you can usually find some really good deals. The music they play in the store is pretty annoying. I have found several brand new items and high dollar name brand stuff for $1 on Sundays. Need more dresses

This is by far one of the best Goodwill's around. Most of the staff has been very helpful and friendly. Very good assortment of clothing for all sizes. I was even able to catch some men's jeans the size I needed.

Charging more than the original price.... this is just one example. This is ridiculous goodwill, do better. This is nonprofit? Goes to help people? Suppose to make life easier for fixed incomes? Goodwill has closed its dressing rooms. No one has the time to take stuff home and then return it. They will not give a cash refund, store credit only.
