Just moved into the area. They promptly got us an appointment. They were friendly, kind, respectful and truly seemed to care about our dog Tucker and his recent medical problem (stroke). They followed our instructions to a T. He looked absolutely amazing when they were done with him. Thank you

My dog had an appointment on 1-12-24 and hurt his leg playing the day before, so I rescheduled for the next Monday. I get a call on 1-13-24 AFTER I paid for a pill from my vet so he would be chill, his leg was better like nothing ever happened. No explanation this woman called and said we have been thinking and we don't want to groom him 👀 no explanation nothing!! Do NOT GO HERE!! If you have a little dog be my guest but I guarantee I can find a better groomer for ANY DOG!! I don't need little girls acting like they know what my dog acts like. Change the name to What Little Fur and stick to lap dogs.

What a sorry place!! Hire grown-up people instead of scared little girls. As a matter of fact stop advertising that you groom ALL dogs and make sure you tell people small dogs only before you accept an appointment. What a huge disappointment! I will make sure I spread the word for them.

What Fur was clean, receptionist seemed a bit out of tune, but sweet when I came to get my pup. They are great at giving bathes, but I don’t think I’d recommend taking a husky or husky mixed breed only because you can’t cut their hair. You can only brush/de-shed thoroughly and my pup is still shedding. They didn’t do a good job on clipping all my pups nails or trimming the hair around her paw pads. So 40$ for a bath I could’ve done at my own home for free.

I took Abby my 10 yr old dachshund in to have her nails clipped and they did a wonderful job!Abby who is really quite nervous about new places and having anyone she does not know touch her was immediately put at ease upon arriving and I will definitely be taking her back to What Fur again and again!

I would highly recommend What Fur to anyone, our animals are like family members and she certainly treats them like hers. She did our little stray who adopted us, and she did an amazing job. Thank you so very much. Its perfect.
