My miniature schnauzer mix was attacked by 3 big dogs early Saturday morning. I called and left a message and got a call back very quickly. The team at the animal hospital saved my baby. Doctor Bonner, Doctor Smith and Doctor Harrison are great. This place used to be great when it was ran by Dr Smith. The last three times I've been here I've waited over an hour to see a vet. Think it's time for me to find a new place to take my pups.

I would like to say “thank you” to Dr. Harrison, Ashleigh Grissom and the super polite receptionist, Melinda, for the superb care and service I and my 2 precious pups received yesterday. They really eased my grief with the passing of Gizmo and Trolley by their kind words and actions as well as the gentle touch each pup received during the process. Great people and always do their best to help my animals. They are very good on their prices too. I tell everyone it is worth the drive to have a great vet you can trust. They saved our goat, helped get my cows healthy, and answered all my kids questions as well as mine.

I called them and asked if they could see my dog for a tick bite she had that was extremely red and hard which is not normal. The woman on the phone was very rude and told me they could not see her until she started showing symptoms from the tick bite which is a little too late, right? I figured they could at least do blood work to see if she tested for something and the woman hung up on me. I called another vet and they immediately worked me in as soon as they could and she did end up testing positive for a tick born disease. Anytime I have ever called I have got nothing but disrespect on the phone.

The staff their are great. The doctors helped my dog out twice for the same thing within a month apart. She had seizures and since she was put on medicine she is acting fine. You might wait some time but it is worth it. They are a great place to take your dog.

Would give a 5 star if it was just Dr. Russ Smith. Making your very loyal customers get a credit card to pay is ridiculous. Seems like after you get the card they will find ways to max it out. Even on a pet that has no chance of survival.

Very professional and kind! I was visiting Daisy State Park and my dog was not doing well at all! Google search vet near me and Nashville Animal Hospital showed up and I headed their way. So kind just taking me in the way they did. The doctor took X-rays and confirmed what I suspected congestive heart failure with fluid on his lungs. She gave me some heart meds and lasik for his fluid. He is 17 years old… I know what’s to come but with the care of the doctor and staff he is here living his days better that before. Thank you so much for being so kind, I know I was a mess with the thought of maybe putting him down! So Thank you!!! I will always remember your kindness and compassion!!!

Took great care of my puppy, Cletus. His jaw was broken by an older dog and bone was protruding from his gums. They fixed it quickly and at a very affordable price. Love this place. They will be taking care of all of my animals from now on, (and I have alot lol). Wish I could give 10 stars. Take your animals here. You won't regret it.

My family has used this clinic for years. Even though I’ve moved to Hot Springs, I still make the drive to bring my fur babies here. Dr. Smith and his team are so kind, competent, and all around amazing! Top notch care, every time. Couldn’t ask for better service! They truly care about animals, and this is the only place my very nervous dog has been calm!

Fast and friendly with expert service! Dr. Bonner is wonderful! My fiance and I train dogs and have 5(3 service trained) of our own that I wouldn't take anywhere else. So glad to have this staff on standby to protect not only our dogs, but our clients' dogs as well.

Dr. Bonner is amazing! He helped our goat when he broke a leg. He let my daughter watch and learn and was very patient and explained everything so we could understand! Totally worth the hour and a half drive to see them!!

I had an appointment for my cat to be declawed. When I dropped her off at 7:00am I was told the Vet only does the two front paws. If I had known that ahead of time, I never would have made the appointment. Now I have to wait another two weeks to go to another Vet.Prior to that, I had boarded the cat for 4 days. When I went to get her, they had a hard time finding her. I finally asked if she was there. They said we're just getting her. I was very uneasy. But they did "find" herI do not recommend this Vet or facility.

We took our new cow, bought from the sale barn, sick of course, to the clinic. There was no wait, we we 30 min early and they saw us right away. This was our first time seeing the new doctor, he was fantastic! Answered all of our questions, great stall side manor with our Elsie, truly appeared to love his job and the animals. The price was very fair. The 2 HR drive was worth every mile!

I was recommended to this clinic, I raise Maltese & we have Black Angus Cows. They are wonderful with big & small. I can go on & give examples of our bull on the 4th of July or mastitis late at night with my Maltese. This is buy far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinarian. Dr Bonner went out of his way to help out with a Bull Calf this weekend and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it.
