Did a mobile order we completed the order as we turned in to the parking lot. We parked a checked in. I took 10 minutes when the food came the meet was dry way over salted and dry asked for extra onions did not get didn't even have the correct onions. Fry were all broken ends and hard. 11 am on Sunday not busy. This is one of the worse McDonald's. Always something wrong they never answer the phone when calling to get something fixed.

The young man this morning on May ,4 ,2024 running the drive through handing out the food is the kindest! He deserves a raise he is ALWAYS happy and puts a smile on customer's faces! And ALSO the new steak egg and cheese biscuit is DELICIOUS! 🤤😋

Would give zero if I could fold be cold, old and wrong I don’t even know why they ask for your order when they just give you whatever they want anyways.. and if your in a hurry find somewhere else to order your food from because they will have you late. These pictured are cold

Always hot and fresh food even though they were super, duper busy. Very tasty fries and nuggets. Classic McDonald's like most of the time. The service was standard as usual. People trying to make it through the day. But as busy as they were, they did a pretty good job. The food came out quickly which is always nice. Good job guys! You're doing pretty good. You could ease up on the cost a little though. Just kidding.

They just told me because of there corporate policy they can't add to my order. Terrible customer experience. They are only worried about there self. I asked if I could just pull up and said corporate policy. I was told corporate policy 4 times with no solution. People were nice enough. The new person at window was nice. Mcds is a franchise and the owner is specifically making this decision . This is a very small town and need to be changed. There is nothing corporate here. I'll wait for solution

I have to say this is one of the best McDonald I’ve been through the staff is very friendly even at their busy hours they manage to be kind. The night manager is a wonderful young woman as well. They do their best. Thanks staff members at Nashville.

When the supervisor leaves, employees are disgusting, don't wash their hands in between touching the cash register or on their cellphones. Franchise owner Celia Montgomery says she addresses issues but I have yet to see, so until then my rating will not change. Disgusting employee behavior so lucky they didn't touch my hand trying to take a receipt out of my hands.

I came to get some lunch for me and my kids. To make it simple I got all nuggets and drinks. When she’s done reading off my order and finishes up I correct her on what’s wrong and I get a “I’m getting it be patient” but thankfully I’m in a great mood and just laughed and drove through and paid and got to the last window and the woman STILL got my order wrong AFTER being rude when I tried to correct her. But the young man at the window (I didn’t catch his name he was pretty young with brown wavy-ish hair) was very nice and got it for me anyways

I had my husband call because we didnt get the burger that we ordered. I went to get the burger because they said I could come get another one. When the lady handed me the bag she said "there was a burger in your bag, I saw it on the camera but here's another one" in a rude tone and smiled while a couple other workers laughed. There was no point in making a rude comment like that. It was super unnecessary and as far as I've seen I still don't have a burger besides that one I just picked up.

Wow! What a great experience we had today at McDonald’s in Nashville!! My husband and four grandchildren were traveling through and had a large order. Tammy was so helpful and did everything she could to help us have a perfect lunch despite some errors I made when ordering. It was above and beyond. Thanks!!!

The lady that took our order was fast and got everything right. Back home we do not go to McD because they never get our order correct. The staff at this location did a great job from taking our order to ensuring we got all our items.
