Friendly, helpful & sweet sales associates.....when ya live in a small town the people who work at places like this become like family! Caring & helpful, one of the sales associates ,even gave me a ride home one night after I had walked to the store in Murfreesboro! I don't live but maybe 3 quarters of a mile give or take a bit from the store but she was so sweet & insisted that I let her take me home! You just don't find people like that in bigger cities! Helpful, kind & caring people like this young lady, and I'd say her name but even though she got permission I don't want to take a chance on the corporate big wigs seeing that she did because they're the ones that don't have any care or kindness......ugh! Thanks girl for being so sweet & thanks Pam for letting me know when it's time to close up! I'm the last customer most of the time when I go but the ladies are so sweet and brighten my day/evening!

Close at 10, pulled up at 9:50 and the guy made eye contact with us and ran to the back & the door was already locked. Wasn’t even 10 yet.

I always have good service at Dollar General Nasville but Saturday was exceptional. For some reason my ticket was wrong and an employee named Cheryl went out of her way to fix the problem. I love shopping Dollar General!

DG Driver - I ended up backing in off the street. No - it wasn’t fun, but depending on how many cars are on the lot and where they are parked it’s your only option. Be prepared to wait with flashers on if there are people parked in the front corner and on the side... and when you leave they like to park on the front corner and that side- just swing wide, you may have to go back and forth a couple times to move your trailer over further away from the building after delivery to get around. Just take your time- don’t get in a rush with this one.

Not the worst dollar general I have ever been in, but that isn't saying much. The store is dirty and unkept, and there are boxes of things everywhere. I only go here whenever I really need something.

Customer service is nonexistent! Generally always piled up with stock but out of most general merchandise.Long lines. One cashier even when there are multiple employees that could be checkers. Who is even in charge??

Yeah I know, it's a Dollar Store but, dang!...how about picking store items off the floor and clean up a little! Looked like Hurricane Sally hit the place...felt the need to wear a mask there for sure....

It is difficult to get down the aisles because they are always full of boxes. The store is very disorganized. There is seldom a cashier at the register. I will drive to mineral springs to another Dollar General before I stop here.

Sometimes I prefer to go to a smaller store than Walmart and this is that place. Some days there is not enough help and it could cause long lines.

Had to buy supplies top patch up our window that got busted when going home from my father-in-laws memorial. They had everything I needed at a reasonable price.

The lines are long everytime I have been in there. Stuff was missing prices and other stuff stocked under wrong prices and sections. No one available to help.

I always dread going to the Dollar General. There seems to always be a massively long line with no workers to be found. This might not always be the case, but it always happens to me.

This place was packed. Boxes everywhere couldn't get through the aisles. Had to wait in a long line. Only one register open.

This is a great place in a good location for gas or food. The prices are good and the staff are very polite.
