Booked for a short weekend trip to the diamond mines. The cabin was just the right size for 3 people & reclusive but just a short drive to the mining site. The cabin was clean & the main bed was very comfortable. The mini split & mini electric heater kept the cabin nice and toasty. It took a bit to figure out the hot water was turned off on the electric panel, but it worked quickly after that. The built-in lights on the top & bottom bunks was fun for the kids. But one of them had issues getting in & out of the top bunk since it kept tilting over so they slept on the pullout couch. All of the windows made you feel like you were outside, just warmer! For the price, you really get your money’s worth and then some. Also, the AC remote is hanging above the kitchen sink!

I stayed at Parker Creek Bend Cabins last night. After a 7 hour float trip I was exhausted and passed the cabin by ~200 yards. Even after hours the customer service was excellent, guiding me until I was parked at the correct cabin and even got the door unlocked. The cabin was so cozy, games to play, a detailed book was stuff to do, where to shop, rent kayaks, etc. great coffee, washer dryer, the bed was very comfortable… the toilet even had a bidet. Far exceeded my expectations!

Lovely secluded location with 1 other near cabin. Many amenities provided on-site a fridge a bit larger than an average RV fridge, a microwave, hotplate, with a small skillet, sauce pan, plates and utensils, grill tools were all there. You just bring your food, charcoal or wood for the fire pit. Great pet friendly location for myself 2 teens and our dogs. We would defiantly stay here again.

Had a fantastic time in Murfreesboro and staying in the Americana made it even more special! The cabin is so cozy and relaxing and perfect for a getaway. My husband and I definitely plan to stay here again.Rooms: The room was decorated in a cozy relaxing manner and included many amenities.Nearby activities: Wonderful lake Greeson is a great place to fish and enjoy any water sport! Loved the beauty and serenity of the little Missouri River where trout fishing is primary. The town square in Murfreesboro is fun and full of great shops and restaurants.Safety: There are outside security cameras for safety.

Great place. Nice comfortable cabin. Felt like home instead of a place to stay. Easy to book and hassle free check in and check out. Have everything you need. Bed was soo comfortable you will fall asleep instantly. Overall best getaway I ever had thanks to this place making me feel like I was at home than on vacation.Nearby activities: What's not to do near there. Lots of different places with activities you can do. Places to fish. A nearby lake. Crater of diamonds. Arrowhead hunting, dino digs, big arcade like entertainment center, and old time time town square with restaurants and local storefronts. Every one I interacted with was friendly and nice which makes activities more enjoyable.Noteworthy details: Secluded but not to far from places. Quiet environment. Beautiful location. Although you don't have person to person interaction the owners keep in contact and make sure you know if you have any problems just contact them and they be happy to help with anything you may need.

Took a anniversary trip and it was super nice. Great location and super nice cabin enjoyed the peace and quiet.alot of privacy enjoyed sitting by fire and the jaccuzi tub outside .Highly recommend definitely will b back. Great little cabin off the beaten path but also perfectly located near all the attractions that Murfreesboro has to offer! Codex cabin is the perfect size. Neatly designed to have everything with great attention to detail. Cozy and clean. If you like to get away from it all, enjoy the woods, but still like to have some creature comforts, this is the cabin for you. Owner is great to work with, cares about making your stay pleasant and responds very quick if you have questions or concerns.Nearby activities: Crater of Diamonds State Park

My husband and I stayed here for a quick trip to float the Buffalo before summer ended. I’m so glad we found the Windstorm Cabin!! Communication with host was great and he responds quickly if you need anything. You have all you need in this cabin. Washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, full set of any cooking utensil you might need. Large TV and the internet service was great. There’s a very large beautiful pavilion with picnic table and grill that we unfortunately did not get a chance to use due to our short stay but if you do, all grill items are in the cabin. Plenty of bed linens and an abundance of towels and washcloths are on site. Large hot tub on the front deck that was very relaxing while enjoying the views! We will most certainly return and for a longer stay!!

Cute little cabin! Wish I had more time to go to the lake and explore! Not far from crater of diamond state park - about 20 minutes. Mexican restaurant in town is amazing!! Oh this a dry area so bring what you need or you will have a long drive to get any adult beverages. Only one place in town serves in the restaurant. The arcade was a blast!

My husband and I stayed in the Codex Cabin @ Parker Creek Bend Cabins in Murfreesboro, AR. The cabins are in a good location if you are looking to do attractions in the area. We went to Crater of Diamonds State Park, and the drive was fairly short from the cabin.The cabin is located in a very scenic area near the Parker Creek Recreation Area and Lake Greeson. The cabin was decorated nicely and fit the theme for an outdoor trip.The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the tv/entertainment system and were glad to find a dvd player, since we had brought some movies to watch. The Codex Cabin featured a kitchen, which we were glad to have since we brought a lot of our own food.There was an outdoor seating area on the porch, as well as a picnic eating area next to the cabin.We would stay again and would recommend to others!!!

We stayed at the Codex cabin 6/6/2022-6/9/2022. My 3 daughters, mother, and myself fell in love with this place! I think the first words out of our mouths were we want a cabin like it too. Just wow! The cabin was adorable! The linens were so soft and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. My daughters stayed upstairs in the loft bedroom. My mother enjoyed the pull out futon couch. The queen bed was so comfortable. I got spoiled with the memory foam mattress I had to go out and buy one when I got home. The cabin was spotless and shined! Not a fingerprint to be found on any surface! I wish we could have stayed longer but they are popular and were booked up. I think we got lucky just getting these days booked. Well worth it too! It was easy to get to as well. I have a small car and it had no problems in the driveway even when it rained the driveway was easy to maneuver. They think of everything here. They had the fire pit stacked with wood and the matches set out and even had a nice looking bbq pit. Sadly it rained so we couldn’t light it. We enjoyed ourselves and were comfortable. It was peaceful too. We are hoping to come back next summer for a longer vacation.

My wife and I just stayed in the windstorm cabin everything was perfect very secluded just far enough away from town the outside Jacuzzi was the best, we enjoyed cooking on the grill under the lighted pavilion very romantic there are hiking trails relatively close i Suggest the Indian rock house trail we loved it and it was nice to come back to the secluded cabin to unwind together

Love this place. If your just looking for a place to stay overnight or for a few days this is it. It’s a beautiful little cabin that’s secluded away from people. It’s pretty private. There are 2 nice cabins. We stayed at the Codex cabin. It’s a really nice, comfortable cabin. It’s got the Crater Diamonds state park, Lake Greeson, and only a hour and half from Hot Springs. Great place for an outdoors person due to having some awesome local fishing and trails close by. Can not wait to get back up here.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. Loved the quietness of the venue. Mornings on the deck with my coffee was one of my favorite times of the day.I was impressed at how well stocked the cabin was with towels, toiletries, linens, as well as a good stock of kitchen supplies. We appreciated the diamond mining supplies because that's what we did. The ​only yucky part of this whole time was the mouse droppings that were under the kitchen sink and bathroom cabinet.Despite the numerous mouse droppings (something you kind of expect in a cabin setting), this was a great place to stay and I would recommend staying here. It's so very peaceful!

I really wish I could give it 4.5 stars. It was the cutest little cabin. I would 100% stay there again. The only negative thing I had was that the bed was uncomfortable and shower was small for my 6'4" husband. But like I said, I would definitely go back and highly recommend it. The kids fought over the bunk beds because they thought they were so neat.
