We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin, Morningstar, was very well kept, clean, plenty of space and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were extremely nice and responsive to our questions prior to arrival. Location was great as we were only minutes away from Crater of Diamonds State Park and Greeson Lake. We will be staying there again in the future. I highly recommend staying there if you get the chance.

Our cabin was super clean, super comfortable and super relaxing. Our hosts had stocked our refrigerator with breakfast fixings. We stayed in the Jubilee cabin which was a one bedroom, one bathroom cabin with a shower and jetted tub. We had a private porch and the owners had provided a charcoal grill with charcoal lighter. In addition, they had mining tools which we could borrow for Crater of Diamonds State Park. If you pass this one by, you will be incredibly sorry. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

My wife and I have traveled all over the U.S.in the last thirty years.We decided to travel 1500 miles from N.Y. to the diamond mine.We have had many bad experiences.When we arrived at the cabin it was everything we had hoped for and more.Mike and Carolyn have done a wonderful job.It was like walking into your own home everything was thought of.It is the best place for comfort, privacy and simplicity we have ever had. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and anyone who wants a great place to get away.Thanks for the memories

Simply the best! Mike was a wonderful host. He is very kind and is always there to help. All we had to is ask. The cabins are well taken care of and provide exceptional comfort. They provide eggs, biscuits, bacon, milk, and other items. They really thought of everything. Treat yourself to a wonderful cabin experience while hunting for diamonds. You won't be disappointed.

I'd rent a cabin to 6 persons and the cabin is really to small. If you have any problem in Sunday, they don't answer. The jacuzzi never works. The place is nice, and comfortable to rest.

Our cabin is spacious and homey, the outside spaces are cozy and beautiful. The owners, Mike and Carolyn, are super helpful and pay close attention to detail. They stocked our refrigerator with breakfast and helped us find a great place for dinner. Could not be happier that we stumbled upon this home away from home! This place is the real diamond in Murfreesboro!

Our stay was very nice, even though the weather didn't cooperate. The view was very nice, and the cabin was thoughtfully well-stocked. I especially appreciated the handy tools for use at Crater of Diamonds, saving me from having to rent them at the park. If we venture out that way again, we will definitely stay here again.

Nice peaceful cabins with very clean updated interiors! Complete with all amenities from dishes, linens and laundry to cornhole. Not many places go out of their way to make you feel welcome, but Mike and Carolyn treat you like family.

My family of 5 could not have asked for a better experience. The Morning Star cabin was spacious, immaculate, and truly a home away from home. No detail was overlooked. The scenery and fishing pond were beautiful and the morning view did not disappoint. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Mike was very helpful during our stay at the cabins. The cabin we stayed in was very well maintained, and was bigger than a two bedroom apartment. My family was very happy with our accommodations and we plan to go there again.Thank you for an awesome stay!

A lovely place to relax. Some friends of mine rented it and I stayed a night to visit. Nearby are the diamond mines and a local snow cone stand. The owners of this place were so nice and brought over some ribs they had made. A strong recommendation from us. There are even some pheasants who roam around and will honk at you.

I was reading the reviews and they are so true,my boy and I stayed in cabin 15 and it was just like the reviews said. if you plan on visiting them you have no worries Mike will take care of you.they both work so hard to take care of everything it was great.Mike God bless you and your wife and thank you again.

Morning View Retreat is a perfect break & reprieve from the city life. We so enjoyed the amazing cabin with stocked delicious breakfast, deck with nice table/chairs, humming bird feeder, fire pit and lovely spacious country backyard with a pond. The bed is kingsize comfortable and upscale. Mike setup everything for us online and via text. So convenient to book directly with him. The jacuzzi bath was a major nice amenity to this little piece of paradise! A must book if passing through to discover the incredible history of the lovely land of Mursfreesboro!
