Morgan in the pharmacy is absolutely outstanding. Iv had trouble filling a prescription for my daughter and she has gone above and beyond to help us out so many times. She is the definition of excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things about her.

Not to happy with service! Not totally their fault but they delivered to wrong address so I never got order so one present gone. Another order Wes delayed 24 days sitting in another city! So another gift how. Trying to get refunds!

This is a great Walmart the team and the management are top of the game. But I found Snickers Creamer for my coffee in Mt. View and they told me that it was discontinued last year wel Amazon says different. Seriously only bad thing I could say is where is my creamer I am there at least two times a day.

They have most anything you want,three Stars for MOVING everything around all willy nilly so we shoppers have to hunt stuff and end up making impulse decisions,and should take a star off for self check out having plenty of ports while full service has few,and I don't get even a discount for checking myself out? If I get hurt checking out was I under their insurance coverage? Probably won't get posted so my rant is over

Everything was fine all the other workers was great and friendly, until the electronic center area we visited. The worker needs more knowledge on phones and also needs to keep some comments to himself as an example.My mother needed a phone with a smart view option.and not screen share.but the phones they had didn't have the option but one $300 phone,and we said we would think about it and he commented well some people are just broke rednecks to her and grinned he didn't have to say that and it was sarcastic the way he said it.

Update from 6 mos agoWhere i said shopping was greatNot any more was harassed by ManagerTall dark haired one ,big guySeems very misagynistic to meTold me to take my dog out of handicap cartI told him says who,i refused ,he was asking if i had papers for dog (service animal)He just kept on till i said im cutting my visit shortWont be coming here anymore.He said ok ,was very pleased about it.How do these people get these jobs?Making Walmart liable for ada violation.I dont live in mountain viewRude manGreat shopping

Hands down the BEST Walmart!! Appreciate that it's always clean ( even the restrooms!) They have such a nice selection and I love the store set up. Employees are friendly and helpful.

This store is always clean, the employees are always friendly and willing to help. The store manager is always good about making sure everyone is as happy as he can make them. They also spend money with other local business or charities in the community rather than just collect it and send it elsewhere. They also do allow semitrucks to park and that's nice when you need groceries, it's not always easy or possible to get into Walmart, some even boot trucks. Thank you for the hospitality towards truckers!

I am totally disappointed in the Mountain View AR pharmacy! I needed a pre-authorization on a medication and let them know this several times and a month later NOTHING! My provider knew also. They both were told I needed it AND my recurring prescriptions had to be for 90 days because that’s what my insurance REQUIRED. When they filled one of my recurring scripts for 30 days I called and told them this was the second time and my insurance keeps responding to me to STOP. They wasn’t listening and just kept speaking to me as if I were stupid, which only irritated me further. I finally just told them to fill it so I could get my medicine that I was out of. Next day I get a call from my provider, who I had already let know they had to fill my recurring scripts for 90 days and (again) the pre authorization on the new script that I’ve waited a month on them and the pharmacy to approve HASN’T been taken care of properly, which irritated them but nonetheless they had called because they decided they no longer wanted to see me as a patient. The pharmacy supervisor called them and said I was rude to them. Both Provider and pharmacy dropped the ball and didn’t like that I called them out on it. When I picked up my 30 day script I ask to speak with the supervisor of the pharmacy. I told her because of her call and their lack service I was dropped. She defended her employee who was condescending on the phone to me and her action of calling my provider and bad mouthing me. Her excuse was their fax was down for 3 weeks and they were really really busy. This is from a pharmacy that has 6-8 people back there almost all the time and NO excuse for having a fax down for THREE WEEKS! Hum, how did they ever get anyone’s prescriptions or pre authorizations done the last month? Her suggestion was I should do an online pharmacy to get my 90 day scripts. I agreed because I will NOT be returning to them for anything! Forget this pharmacy GO TO Walgreen’s and you’ll be much happier. Supervisor that dropped the ball on many levels ,I believe her name was Sheena.

The sales associates are always courteous and helpful. The store is clean and well lit. They have an excellent deli & bakery. Seasonal Flu shots are available at the Pharmacy. Their Automotive department can service your vehicle while you shop, if you need an oil change or tires mounted & balanced. Hunting and fishing licenses can be purchased in Outdoors.

I hate that I need to check myself out. There are some better prices on some things, that's the only reason that I go. I won't buy meat there, or their branded canned vegetables. But dry goods are better priced.

No as much in our Walmart Stores anywhere..you pretty much have to order things you need or want or go elsewhere it's getting ridiculous and when did the customers have to start working there for Free checking ourselves out and also can we bring our own bags as well, what's next..!? I don't even want to know.

Went to pick up a few things for Ozark Folk Fest and found a Bluebird windchime. We have been looking for years. My dad's cb handle was Bluebird. Needless to say, I was ecstatic. I bought 2, one for my mom and one for myself.

I reluctantly went in to receive my covid vaccination shot. Jennifer, the Pharmacy manager, me made me feel better about the whole situation and was extremely Pleasant. She took her time and did an excellent job. A great personality and a great laugh! We need more employees like this!
