I withdrew my dog from their daycare program and, thinking I had a zero-balance due, went on with my life. A couple months later, I learned from a friend they posted to social media I had a balance due and refused to pay my bill. She said in this post she had sent “numerous” emails to me. I looked in my email inbox and spam folder and did not find these emails. Also looked in my call history and didn’t find any calls from her number. Email is not the best method of communication, a simple phone call or a note in the mail with a gentle reminder would have been the decent thing to do rather than embarrass and shame someone on social media. Anyway, bill has been paid and I would never recommend using this facility. Horrible business owner, horrible business practices.

My pup has been going to this kennel for daycare one to two days a week since she was very young. Karissa provides a wonderful, safe environment for my somewhat scared youngster to become socialized to where she now can socialize with any and all dogs. Her confidence shot up, and she is more confident with different people and situations as well. I appreciate the safe, clean environment she provides all her clients. Highly recommended!!!

We had to take our dog on vacation due to a last minute cancellation. She came to doggy daycare here and loved it! Super professional, clean, safe, and helped to wear out the dogs with fun and engaging play each day. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough good things about Karissa and Country Pet Playground, LLC. Our American Bulldog, Hoss, absolutely LOVES going to day care here! She loves the dogs like they are her own. She is very friendly and keeps an immaculate facility and has ample play area both inside and outside. And he loves spending the weekend at Miss Rissa's when we go out of town. We feel very confident in his safety while there because of Karissa's background as a vet tech. We HIGHLY recommend Country Pet Playground, LLC!!

Willa has enjoyed Daycare at Country Pet Playground many times since early puppyhood. She wouldn't be the dog she is today without all the friendships she has made there. Their playtime is monitored so there is no worries - everybody plays nice. And even some of the slower, shyer dogs get included in the fun which is very sweet to see. You won't find a more caring, professionally run business around. And the prices are very reasonable. A credit to the community.

Karissa was incredible with our 1.5 year old rescue pup. He'd never been left alone as he was adopted right before the pandemic began. I worried needlessly about leaving him. She treats your pup as her own & runs a very professional boarding service. The proof is in the pudding. Watch the videos she posts on Facebook and you'll see wagging tails everywhere. 🐩🐶🐕

This is the most excellent place for you pup to have a loving and caring day care orBoarding. Your fur babie will have lots of play, socialization with supervision. Rissa is a vet tech with years of experience in pet care. Arrow loves Country Pet Playground. It's her home away from home.

While I was Visiting the Mountain View Arkansas, I needed a place for my pup to stay during the day while we were site seeing, I was able to tour this Establishment, was very happy to find a place a clean, and an outdoor area that was fenced in and lots of play things for all dogs.it is air conditioned which is great because of it was pretty hot that day.Krissa is very knowledgeable about dogs and is very particular and makes sure all dogs are up to date on shots, before you can leave your dog there, so I felt very comfortable leaving my Ozzy there.She also does other things like Bathing, and toe nail clip, .next time I'm in the area I will be back knowing my pup is safe and not left in a cottage.thanks again Krissayou have a great thing up on that mountain

My little dog Buddy was extremely happy the Day He visited Karissa. One of the best places for daycare or boarding in the state! Country Pet Playground was very clean and pet friendly. Buddy was worn out from playing with his new friends. Since I live in Little Rock we arent able to visit often, if you are traveling through with a pet u should give it a try.

Extremely clean facility and the owner is the sweetest. She and her husband were great with our furbabies! They even gave them a special spot to sleep because they are so small and made sure they were only socialized with other dogs their size. We will definitely use them again and would gladly recommend them!

This place is awesome!! You and your pet will love it. Our baby, Daisy, gets so excited when we turn down the road. She loves playing with all the other dogs. Karissa, the owner, is wonderful!

Our fur baby Connor loves to stay here, Rissa treats him and the others like her own. If he could talk he would smile and say “my favorite place to be next to home”. Rissa teaches socialization to the fur babies. She is the best, none better. I am so glad she moved to Mountain View and started this business. Connor stayed over three weeks with her and never once was I worried. This is her passion, give her a try, you will not be disappointed.

The best place to leave your fur babies! The owner is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Extremely clean, large inside and outside areas for them to play! Rissa loves and treats them like her own!

This is the best place to board your dog! There is a play area with personal interaction throughout the day. My dog has his own area to sleep and big enough to enjoy his stay. Prices are the best!😄

Ma’am I don’t even know you or your husband I gave you 3 stars because I called for 3 hours and never got an answer. Sounds to me like you are very defensive and that you like to gossip. But I have changed my life and if your husband did arrest me I’m thankful for that but if your life revolves around your reviews and your husbands arrest record maybe you should see into refocusing your attention to more positive things than trying to use someone past against them to make your google review look better

Called to asked about pricing and when the lady found out i wasn't up to date on shots ..she called a very bad pet owner ...i told her I didn't know that those shots were required every year and diddnt appreciate her comment...she said I was very bad and hung up on me ...was that necessary...not at all im bussines ..rude rude rude ...could have been handled differently
