This store seemed to carry a lot more groceries than other Dollar Generals in our area. Staff was very polite. Some of the aisles were a little messy and cramped but they did seem to have a lot of stock and no empty shelves.

For decades, if you lived in Mountain Pine, you had to travel 15 mins to Hot Springs to go grocery shopping so it was such a relief to hear they were building a Dollar General in town. It was a nice,clean and friendly store for the first few months that it was open but now it's embarrassing to have to go inside for a couple of things.The staff is ever changing and never friendly.The aisles are ALWAYS cluttered with random products from the shelves just laying in the middle of the aisles that you have to step over. Stackouts of products in boxes at the edge of aisles making it a very tight squeeze to maneuver your buggie through so forget about if a wheelchair could. Which are all possible trip hazards so I guess the company doesn't care about lawsuits?Multiple,tall,metal stocking carts blocking customers from getting to certain products. It seems like they can't work fast enough to get their stock from the current truck delivery put up before the next one comes so that's all they work on and never have time to straighten up the shelves and clean the store.I've worked retail since 2007 and I see so many things that could be being worked on by just the cashier while staying up front at the register area so I don't know why it isn't being done. I can't believe the District Manager or someone higher up hasn't come in and done something about this. It's absolutely appalling and honestly looks like every other Dollar General in Hot Springs which is a shame. All it takes is a team who actually cares about their job but apparently that's too much to ask for these days.

In and out in 5 minutes. Got exactly what we needed. Store was a little messy though. However still 5 stars, as there was only 1 employee and it was busy.

Dude we call this the Mountain Pine Mall every time I need something this is where I go it's too far to go to town and I have everything I need from bread to beer what else are they nice people great parking
