Impressive little meat shop 🥩 Always excellent service and are happy to serve you or answer any questions you may have. Owner helps me out and sells me beef fat to make tallow, since I don't use seed or vegetable oil. Nice selection of breads, sourdough and other delicious sweet loaves. They also carry local raw honey 🍯 Sausages are delicious, breakfast and onion sausage are our current favorites. 10/10

Great meat, have not had a bad experience yet. We absolutely love the hot dogs. When I was a kid we had a butcher shop in our town that made their own hot dogs and these reminded me of those I had as a kid. Friendly people, great meat and good prices

A wonderful local gem.My husband and I recently moved into the area but are still about 45 minutes from this little gem of a butcher shop. The meat is amazing and rivals the best we have had anywhere. We gladly make our 45 minute trek to this shop. Highly recommend.

My family was vacationing in the area and my wife found this place online somewhere. Very friendly and helpful. They were out of ribeyes, but picked out some good chuck eyes (which we've never had) for us. We also got some ground chuck for burgers and some cheddar brats. It was all amazing on the grill. Now that we're back home in Texas their brats have ruined us and now we have to try to find something comparable here! Totally recommend this place, well worth going out of your way for.

I have bought 3 of their packages & have not had a bad piece of meat. We have served steaks, roasts & burgers. We've had nothing but compliments. We might have to wait a few minutes but they always carry it out for us. We won't but meat anywhere else. Chris & his staff are always helpful. They answer any questions we might have & get our orders filled in a day or two.

The only place for meat around here for me!!! Always fresh, never find bone chips and filler like the grocery stores have started doing. Their filets are melt in your mouth tender and chicken is always great. Love that you can find different breads there, too. Friendly service and they support the community. Keep up the great work!!

Bought over $200 worth of different meat, they assured me (a retired senior) they would bring my order to the car as I need to distance, that did not happen, I even called them and told them I would be there in 5 minutes so they could bring out to the car. They made me come into the shop with my mask and gloves....OK..I just BBQed Ribeyes, worst I ever had, grizzle , fat chewy, ground beef was good--expensive, will give them a shot at fillets, 2 strikes you are out, Walmart has better meat.

I ordered a beef tenderloin, twice baked potatoes, shrimp and jalapeño poppers. Super tender flavorful steaks and potatoes were the bomb. Highly recommend their merchandise.

We had bone-in ribeye's from The Meat Store in Mountain Home and they were so tender and delish, we will definitely shop there for our steaks, the staff was helpful and friendly and it was very clean. Very impressed!!!

I was having a party for a bunch of steak lovers .I called up and asked for the price of rib eyes .He was all out of rib eyes .I asked if his porterhouses looked good today and before I could ask if the filet side of the steak looked good ( because sometimes they are cut small ) This old dude bit my head off .He was reluctant to quote me a price and rudely said that all of his meat was good and if it wasn't he would't sell it and hung up on me .So needless to say I called another place who was happy to answer my questions and sold me a bunch of beautiful steaks.
