Y'all ain't been to a Dunham's until you have been to the one in Mountain Home Arkansas! I was completely wowed and in awe of this store! It's beyond huge..has everything sporting goods you can dream up from fishing to camping to hunting, shoes, clothes and so much more. The staff was all very nice and helpful. They have lots of sales and clearance and soooo much selection! Definitely one of the best Dunham's stores in the USA⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This store has a great selection and Aaron went above and beyond helping my husband over the phone and then myself and our grandkids when we were in the store. I can't say enough nice things about him and his willingness to go the extra mile. I visit so many businesses where it seems no one cares if you find what you need or not so this was very much appreciated!!!!

Very nice, well organized Dunham's. They have a large selection of all your sporting goods needs, from hunting and work out equipment to disc golf gear and all types of footwear. everything is clean and well laid out. definitely would make a return trip for all ot my sporting goods needs....

I went in on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024 and purchased a hoverboard. The hoverboard would only stay on for 5 min so I returned to the store and exchanged it on Friday. The manager was helpful and grabbed one from the back as he said truck wasn't put up yet. Got this one home and it wouldn't hold a charge at all. Brought it back on Saturday. The girl working was extremely rude. She refused to look in back even though I told her the manager the day prior, had said truck wasn't put up. I was the only customer in there at this time. She just said rudely that she was returning my money, which then took 72 hrs to go on card. I won't be returning.

Definitely my new favorite spot for cloths,boots,guns & ammo and camping gear! Didn’t have the gun I wanted in stock so hopped on Dunham’s sports warehouse website where it was in stock and on sale $79 off with free shipping to the gun counter within a few days. 15 min background check and three boxes of different grain ammo to try. Had a good scope in the display case for a bargain price! Did I mention the sale on tannerite yet? Neighbors absolutely love tannerite!

They have a great selection. Things were easy to locate. The employees were readily available to help with locating hard to find items. It's good to have them in the twin lakes area.

Would not exchange a pair of over alls less than 24 hours after i bought them. I called District manager a did not get a call back. One of the cashier were rude and disrespectful when i was having a conversation with the manager.

The best Dunham's store you will find. Huge selection of everything you can wish for in a sporting goods store. I love that you get coupons with purchase for later use.

I love everything there is in this store in the way of Brand Names, apparel, and sports. There is one thing that gets me though regarding their products on discount, clearance, or on sale... The prices are still high! I do understand though that many of these products are high dollar items originally and so something being on clearance for $50 is actually a good deal considering it was probably a couple hundred in the first place, but gee wiz it's still more than I can afford. They do have many other products though that are priced decently and are fairly lower than what you would find elsewhere. It's a good place for sports, apparel, and outdoor activities though and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A worker was extremely rude, it was an older female and she first came up and said the less expensive items where further down and then came back around and made a comment about my weight. I'll not shop there ever again. The older lady was bigger then me.

My mother in law(who is legally blind) purchased 2 pair of shoes for my father in law. She accidentally got the wrong size and has misplaced her receipt. I tried to exchange them, not return them today and they refused without the receipt. I understand not giving a refund without a receipt, but they refused to exchange the shoes for the exact same thing. That is absolutely ridiculous. The boxes clearly have their store price tags and the shoes have not even been taken out of the box. Such a shame, great store for our area but not sure I’ll go back because of this.!

Would have gotten a 5 except your customer service is severely lacking. On two separate occasions I've asked people working there if the store carried a particular item and if so where it was. Both times I was told "I think we have it and it might be over there somewhere". Not once did someone take the time to actually look.Other than that your store has a wonderful selection.

This is a big store and there are numerous handicap parking spots outside, but no electric carts for the handicap inside like most large stores. They do have at least one seat cart, but it requires someone to push it and not handicap friendly for the solo shopper. Store looked nice from inside the door and would have loved to see it all, but not amputated with pressure sores. Such a shame.
