Store has plenty of options. Clean enough. Downside is ever time to go there is only 1 checker and tons of people in line, making it impossible to make a quick stop grab what you need and and go. If there are 4 or 5 people waiting then a second person really needs to step up and open another lane.

Every time I have gone here (new to the area) the line has had at least 15 people and I have limited walking and standing ability due to needing both knees replaced...I counted other employees but nobody would open the register up for the rest of us...all 3 times...maybe they weren't trained... not sure of the issue but sure makes it easier to buy somewhere else even if you have to pay more...it's not worth the pain or the hassle!

I am giving 4 stars because they have a great variety of Easter things and a good inventory. The cashier was very sweet and friendly as well. I didn't give the fifth star because they have the restroom taped off. We drive a long distance and the restroom would of been nice. I do like this store overall...

What's not to love about the Dollar Tree? This particular location is in a larger town than most others I frequent. I generally prefer more rural locations,, but that is just personal preference. It is sometimes lower stocked on some items, but mostly that is seasonal. The clerk here was extremely friendly.

This store has all the same stuff you expect and love at a Dollar Tree store, the employees are friendly and helpful. Giving only 3 stars because they have this incredibly nasty green carpeting throughout the store. It is stained so badly that it just needs to be completely ripped up and either replaced or better yet, just leave the floors bare. This same carpeting has been in that store for years and every time I go in there it just gets worse. Have to wonder about a health hazard for customers and employees. Other than that, it's a great store.

I love Dollar Tree! They are my first stop for cards, wrapping supplies, and holiday decor. Many of these items sell for $3-5 at other stores. I always find the staff helpful and friendly.

I love this store. For a low income household like myself, this store still allows you to partake in holidays, gardening, art, school supplies, birthday/holiday cards. They also have a food section hot n cold. As well as cleaning supplies, household supplies, etc. Only down thing is, it could be the size of Harrison's store. They have the business so why not.

These ladies are so wonderful everytime I come in. They keep great conversations and always smile. They are always working even when it's busy. They also have amazing patience. I've witnessed a man getting very ugly with one of the women because he didn't understand her verbal instructions (which we very clear to me) and she never flinched. I felt like hugging her. I highly recommend it. Plus it helps me save so much money on canned goods and school supplies!

This Dollar Tree was so wonderful just a year ago. It is still a clean and stocked Dollar Tree, but I have question for the management. Who hired the hateful older woman there with short hair? She is so rude to customers, every time I shop there, there's always something or someone bothering her. There should be a manager or someone watching her. I have never seen someone complain so much about the smallest things. My goodness dear, if you hate working there, go somewhere else and right now, there's someone needing your job! A lot of people who shop here do not require or want to hear you hateful interjections. I brought my father up here to shop this morning and overheard her belittle a grown man and his son because they came in during senior shopping time! They had some greeting cards, a plastic bucket, and a gift bag. I don't think those are the items highly sought after. They also had mask on and the store had five people in it, well six if you count her! She asked if they could read? Then when he replied 'yes', she stated loudly (like a bad mother scolding a child), "I want to point out the sign on the door, its senior shopping time between 8 and 9!" And she kept on and on with this man. My father is an older gentleman and very soft spoken, but when we heard that, he said, "who cares its almost 9?!" I had to laugh out loud. I mean come on, its one thing to say it when you first see them walk in, which she did see them walk in and many times in the store, at some point she could have said, "Hello sir, you may not know, but right now is the time seniors shop, would you mind returning later in say, a few minutes?" It was like seven minutes to 9 am. But instead, she waited till they were at checkout to loudly voice this and attrack attention! Thats actually rude and embarrassing, just really wrong of you. I am surprised he took it so well and did not ask to see the manager! This is just some of her people skills. I really enjoy shopping here and my parents like that it's close by. I do not speak to her because I don't want to engage her. She complained at Christmas time because people were buying ornaments that left glitter on the checkout belt! Good grief, if the store sells it, they know and should be ready to clean after it! On another occasion we were there and one of her fellow employees asked her to remember to turn the helium off because it will leak out. She did not say it rude, just 'please turn it off it leaks out.' We were behind two other customers in line. She complained about that all the way through to people behind us, no one knew what to say to her. We were all quiet and looking at each other. Please speak to this employee. Maybe help her see how what she says bothers people and makes them uncomfortable. This is one of our favorite places to shop.

Tonight the 2 workers were the rudest i have ever witnessed in my life. Both were yelling at the top of their voices. Especially the man.. pointing his pathetic fingers!! Customers were being ran out. Over the companies mask mandate! So the dollar tree might as well go ahead in shut their doors. They wouldn't even accept a medical card. So, the rudest gentleman lacking intelligence btw, didn't even know how to wear his mask. Didn't even have his nose covered. Never ever will I ever stop there again!! Ignorance is a virtue.. this is what they hire!! I'll be spreading the word!! No doubt..

Why pay full price when Dollar Tree may have what you need for just a buck? It's our go to shop for bday balloons, party supplies, garden ornaments, just to name a few. The sizes of the name brand items are smaller but for a dollar it is a fairly good deal especially when you need a travel sized item. Large selection of many items in stock with a helpful friendly staff. The check out lines can get very long at times when it's very busy, but patience will get you through it and save you some cash as well.So when you need wrapping paper or just need to grab a snack, stop in and see what all they do have. Have a large group for dinner, usually they have dinner Ware that you can buy and not worry about your good stuff being broken and many items for bday parties or that cookout. Just a great place to shop and explore their shelves.

My most recent experience at this store was frustrating. As I was finalizing my purchase of the day, I hand the the cashier lady a $20 in cash for the 3 items I needed from that place. Then she proceeded to ask me if I had something smaller! What the?! Seriously?! Something smaller than a $20 bill?! Look lady, if you don't feel like counting cash or not wanting to do math in your head or whatever else that hinders you from doing a cash transaction... By all means, please please please do not apply for a cashiers job. If you feel lazy in doing your job, please resign and let someone else come in who wants to work there. Somebody who doesn't mind handling cash transactions. I could understand if it was a $100 bill. But a $20?!?! C'mon! Get your act together.

This is such a really good store everything in the store is just a Dollar you can buy so much for a dollar I really like this store a lot they have everything they even have a freezer in the back of the store where they have frozen food always well stocked and employees are so friendly and polite. I plan on going back and stocking up. You have got to try it out.. They really need one in downtown Calico I would go all the time a stock up figure everything is just a Dollar.

Sign on door says open till 8 pm on Sunday. Here at 7:05 and store is closed. Please change your sign if store can’t stay open. Way to care for your customers. Terrible customer service.

Some dollar trees are managed very meticulously, some are not. This is not the cleanest most organized one I've ever been in but... It's Dollar Tree. Your going to go anyway because of the deals and it's the only one in mountain home.

I was shopping in your dollar tree store in Mountain Home Ar, located at 40 Plaza Way #70, Mountain Home, AR 72653. The store was very busy and only one (1) cashier, while the line had twelve (12) customers with carts full of products. I notice the only cashier was trying best she could but couldn't keep up. The store Manager Lucinda and another employee was standing in the isle watching, and doing nothing but ignoring people turning to them HOPING we could get some help. To NO AVAIL. When I got home I called and talked with Lucinda asking her why she didn't offer to help. She said it wasn't necessary because there wasn't enough to be CONCERNED ABOUT. I asked her for the district manager's name so I could contact him/her. She told me she didn't have one at the time because they were all moving around. I find that very difficult to believe. I then asked if she could give me company headquarters, to which she replied ."find it yourself". If this is the kind of help your company provides YOUR IN BIG TROUBLE. However, with the kind of help and response from Lucinda, if she is any reflection on customer service, I doubt I will hear anything back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

The dollar tree in Mountain Home Ar. is the best anywhere! The Manger is awesome in every way she is ALWAYS Busy ! I shop in their every day and I have NEVER seen the MANGER OR EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND! !! Dollar Tree Mountain Home is usually a fun store to check out. Watch closely, some items are cheaper at WMart, but usually there are some good deals. Christmas is the fun time- go in the first part of December before it's picked over for great deals on stocking stuffers, wrapping paper, boxes and bags.

I was at the West Plains, MO, Dollar tree yesterday, hard to find stuff there. Today at the Mountain Home store, which is better organized. Only one register open and to finally get help, called people out of the office, they were there the whole time.
