This Ace Hardware store is seriously impressive. It's the cleanest one I've ever seen and the staff is super helpful. I barely had to lift a finger because they kept checking in to see if I needed anything. Plus, they've got so much stuff packed into this store, it's like a DIY paradise.

Sadly, I won't shop here again. On the plus side, I always had knowledgeable help to find items in the store. However, my experience with their 30 day strict return policy has me at never again. I tried to return an unused shower light in the original box, with receipt, at 32 days past the sale date. I also had another purchase in hand to make of things I picked up while standing in line to return. I was told it was too late and that they could ask the manager for an exception. Nope, no exception. I said, you told him I was also ready to buy other items. Yep, still no. So I put my items back. No sale that day or in the future. Too bad. I was willing to pay a little more at Ace for good service, but not for dumb business practice. Customer lost.

Friendly people work here. Very accommodating employees. This place is great for things that I can't find at Lowe's. I try not to patronize Home Depot because they support BLM and other communist organizations. They hate our country. They hate me and they hate you. Especially if you are white. They love to fund the destruction of America. Fact!

Went for a 1/8" tubing fitting. They had some but not with a threaded end just couplings. Needed bulk bolts but they only sell by the piece now and are very expensive. I shopped online and got everything I needed including quantities of bolts at a far cheaper price. Friendly and helpful but not reasonably priced..

Went there to et a heat gun , I walked up to the service desk to ask where I would find one and the cashier just started checking my other items out as I was trying to ask her about the heat gun a female manager was standing next to the cashier and heard me trying to ask and said nothing to the cashier but followed me out to my car to apologize. That was nice but I still didn't get the heat gun and I bet the cashier didn't hear about how she cost them a sale either.

High prices, of course. The man servicing the back area on 10/16/23 around 11am was hardly helpful and didn't show any interest in helping me, but the woman at the cash register was extremely polite and helpful, otherwise I would have given 2 star.

There are three things that matter most when buying from a store: quality, price and customer service, in that order.Many items I have purchased here have been comparable in quality compared to a box store. Their customer service has always been good. Where they lose me is their prices.I have used this store in Mountain Home a couple of times but my last two visits were an eye-opener.All I needed was a 5"x1000' of stretch wrap. They clearly price gouge as they were selling the same size and quality as is sold in a box store with blue trim for double the price.The store I usually buy from sells it for $8.96 while this store was selling it for $19.99.I will not be back, ever.I don't want to be in a position where I have to be concerned about price gouging.

This place reminds me of how I was always told the old hardware stores were back in the day. They have friendly, helpful staff and a wide selection of everything you could want in a hardware store. As soon as I walked through the door for the first time, five employees asked me how they could help me. FIVE! Plus it doesn't take half a day of your life to walk through like a Lowe's or a Home Depot would. They ask you what you want and can take directly to what you came there for. But you'll probably spend a lot of time there because of all the stuff that you can shop for. They also carry American made tools like Estwing which I think more stores should carry. It is hands down a wonderful store!

I have to admit I have only gone to Ditta Ace for propane. But, the staff that works there, are very friendly and helpful. I got propane the other day and it was 20 degrees and windy. Mike, the young man who was filling the tanks that day was very courteous and helpful. I told him I was sorry to get him out in such cold weather. He said with a smile, 'that's my job and I know people need this service so here I am '. Come to find out,he had been outside most of the day. Thanks, Mike. Next time I need anything for hardware, I'm going to Ditta Ace!

Amazing store and employees! Was amazed that they stay open till 7 PM. They had just what we needed to fix the water leak on our camper and made our trip to the State Park nearby a success because we fixed our leak and enjoyed our time in the Ozarks! Thank you!!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The store is new and clean. I've had many bad experiences with other Ace locations, but this one is fabulous. They looked up a part and let us know they could order it for us. We filled our rv propane tanks here. Very happy with their service.

Old Codger needed plumbing parts and missed his old familiar hardware store. Very Much didn’t want to hike around Huge Stores.
