I was recommended to Annette’s Flowers by a local church where my friend’s memorial was to be held. I was told also that the owners were church members so it’s likely that they knew my friend. Annette Flowers has the best customer service I've ever received. If they don't have something from their website, be ready to have a quick response and personalized new arrangement picked out for you. They made sure, even though I am hundreds of MILES away, that my Vietnam Vet father would get his flowers on his birthday. This meant everything to me and they did not disappoint. Quality arrangements that are worth the price. Clean and beautiful products were used. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

Flowers looked and smelled beautiful. I put in a request to have the delivery be in the morning and they were able to make that happen so my mom was able to get her flowers delivered to her before she left the office for the day. Thank you.

Flowers were gorgeous, still very much alive a week later, and the lady who delivered them to my mom’s hospital room read off the note to my mom being that she could not. Perfectly on time too! Definitely would be my go to in the Mountain Home area!

I ordered flowers with a mylar balloon and a box of, chocolates and had them delivered to my father for Christmas. All items were delivered on time, and my father was very pleased and said that the flowers were beautiful. Therefore, I was very happy with my experience. The only negative thing that I can say is that the mylar balloon read "I love you" while I was expecting it to say something like "Merry Christmas " since it was a Christmas arrangement. Guess that it was my fault for not specifying what I wanted, so it will be a lesson learned for next time. Despite that, I would highly recommend this florist. I have used them several times now, and they always do a wonderful job.

I placed a Christmas flower order with Annette's only to have that ordered cancelled by Annette's as they won't deliver flowers to a Mountain Home address that is out in the outskirts of Mountain Home on Bull Shoals Lake even though there was a delivery charge on the order. Rather bad service in my opinion.

I live out of town and wanted to get a bouquet for my sister. Theresa was amazing helping me figure out what was best and available for the colors I wanted and budgeted for! I called at 4:09PM and the flowers were ready next day by 10:30am! Super fast service! ( I also remember Annettes doing my wedding flowers 15 years ago and they were amazing!)

I spoke w/Brent over the phone looking for African Violets. Even though they didn't have any, he told me when to call back. I even asked about the price n he gave it to me! Woohoo! Hopefully next week they'll have them back in! He was so nice and polite n didn't mind my asking for all the info I wanted to know. Ty Brent!Plus I got a small vase of flowers for my daughter's birthday back in October and they were absolutely beautiful! Beautiful flowers on a short notice. When i lived in the community i knew i could count on Annette's. Moved away 15 yrs ago called direct. They put together a birthday boquet and even text me a picture to ensure it was what i was after! The flowers still look beautiful 9 days later. Great job Annette's
