I had a very positive experience considering things didn't turn out so well for my guinea pig. Everyone was very kind, caring and open about expectations. They were the closest vet (I live in West Plains, MO) that could see my exotic pet guinea pig and did what they could for her. I would definitely recommend their services to pet owners.

A big heartfelt thanks to both offices! Monday one of our dogs, Thor, Was bitten on the right side of his face by a copperhead snake! It began to swell immediately.. The main office advised us to bring him in as soon as possible and had the antivenum at The Lakeside office, which is closest for us, when Thor got there. After great care from the staff., 24 hours later, the swelling is gone and Thor is feeling much better .much better.

Very caring staff and helpful. All of our pets have always gone here and will continue to do so. We have had to use them during after hours too and they are fairly quick with their emergency response and getting to the clinic to see you even if its past midnight. Thank you All Creature's for all you have done for our pets (which is a lot!).

I'm very upset. They told me that day they could help my snake and remove their eye caps. They said it would take 40 minutes to help them. But they gave my snake back in less than 5 minutes. Saying they couldn't help. Even though they saw it and said they could actually help her (my snake). They did that to me 2 times.

There was only myself and one other person in waiting room. That wait wasn't long to be seen but I waited in the room for 30 mins with a very anxious cat. I could hear them thru the door laughing joking around and there's nothing wrong with loving your job but it would have been nice not to have to wait so long to be seen when there wasn't a load of patients. The vet didn't even take my cats temp look at her gums or really examine her at all just listen to her breathing then gave her 2 shots and said ok that's all. And that Cost 120.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We took our cat there because he was having problems with his eye, and was acting wierd. The lady there gave us antibiotics that cost 100s of dollars and said that it would heal itself. It only got worse. A few days ago we tried a different vet and they took blood work and it turns out he had a kidney disease that was also messing up his eye. That cost half of what All Creatures did and they did a lot more and found the problem. He only has a few years to live now at the most, but if All Creatures has done anything he could have lived a lot longer.

No problem with veterinarian care at all. My complaint is w office staff in emergency situation. When $ becomes the issue over helping a poor animal from suffering, it says A LOT! Especially when you just dropped $600+ in recent days, for services. I had to drive my cat clear to West Plains, suffering, bc they refused to take payment over phone when I'd misplaced my wallet. No compassion whatsoever & I will never use them again.

I went to them to get positive results if my dog had prostate cancer he has been going to another vet on strong antibiotics 6 weeks bladder infection swullen prostate they couldn't get the needle to the prostate to get sample .did ultrasound. Prostate abnormal I was told 95% he had cancer I still didn't know but on what was told he wasn't going get better had him put sleep my heart so broken 💔 😪 really wanted help find what methods to do for him get results if could help . I didn't want him suffer .miss him so much pray 🙏 did the right thing .

This was the first time I was in the new building but I recommended All Creatures to my friend for her fur baby and they really liked it. Maybe Tyr not so much but then who really likes go to the doctor to have a shot anyway.
