Clean store, easy to find items. Prices marked well, and displayed properly. Check out counter is in the proper place unlike other DG stores, easy in easy out. Nice parking area too! Overall a nice store with great atmosphere.

Bought a X-box gift card & needed a digital code off the receipt. We told the cashier we didn't want a receipt not knowing that we would need it & the cashier sure didn't let us know we would need it. Called up there about the issue & the lady that answered said she would exchange it but when I got there the manager told me I didn't even call the correct store so when I showed her the number I called she didn't even know what the stores number was. I understand the cashier might have been new but they need to let customers know that they will need the receipt when they purchase things like that. The manager Joyce Colbert was very rude & unprofessional and my family will never set foot in that Dollar General again.

Store was a total pig sty. Couldn't find anything I was looking for the shelves were empty. The isles were cluttered. I only seen one employee who was not very friendly. She didn't acknowledge I even entered the store. Didn't even ask if I needed assistance or if I found everything I was needing. The Dollar General used to be a great friendly place but not anymore. Idk if it's the company that's turned the employees into just another paycheck, I hate my job kinda employee or if it's just the employee itself. I hope the store gets better soon or they may just lose a customer.

This Dollar General has the RUDEST female employees that I have ever encountered. I stopped going in here awhile back, but was going to do laundry nearby today and so I stopped to get detergent and as always, the manager was rude. She never greets anyone, never says thank you, and always has a mean look on her face.I use DG GO so that I don't have to deal with the employees, but something was going on with their kiosk today and for some reason when I scanned my code, it said that the code had already been used. I immediately received a notification from PayPal that said the money had been taken from my account, which I showed her, but she said that I couldn't have the stuff that I purchased because the kiosk said that the code had been used. I always receive an email when using DG GO with a copy of my receipt so I pulled it up to show her. A Male employee came over to look at it and told her that I paid, yet she never said anything so I continued standing there with my receipt pulled up on my phone because I was not leaving until she looked at it. Even after looking at it she never said a single word. Next time, I will just go to DG in Oppelo where I KNOW there is good, friendly service!!

Been using this store for about 4 years now...even though I am not a "Morrilton" anymore I still frequent this store because I am always in morrilton for one reason or another. The staff are always nice to me and the store is normally always well stock with the things I need or want.

I luv luv Dollar General and I go to all of them that's close to me my favorite one of them all is Atkins the help is friendly the store is very clean his shelfs are always fronted and or stocked

Joyce Colbert the MANAGER is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, she doesn't train her employees properly either. I called and asked for the managers name for my sister and she hung up on me after saying her name, very softly thinking I wouldn't hear it probably, very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Someone get her out of there.

Well I give the store 5 stars even though I didn't make it inside the store because I got blue lighted as soon as I pulled in wished they would have stayed open for just a few minutes but since they couldn't I only enjoyed the parking lot

Waited to checkout for over five min with no worker at checkout. I had to call the store standing at the checkout counter to get someone to come up front and check me out. Rediculous managment issues here.

Has many things for house but I have found that Harp's and Wal-Mart normally have better prices and better brands yet it can be convenient for getting a few items.

They are never staffed. You have to stand around and wait for a employee to ring your stuff up. The store is cluttered and the employees treat you as if your interrupting thier day

Things are easier to get to. With my arthritis sometimes it's easier to just go here rather than walk across the major shopping centers!

I like the sales at Dollar General but several employees including a night shift manager have ugly & rude attitudes. I have came very close to stop using this location unless absolutely necessary!
