I loved this Dollar General up until that last couple months. The staff is very friendly. The young lady that checked me out today should be the manager. She is always working and assisting customers. I am not enjoying the experiences lately as the wait in line time has gotten significantly longer. 15 to 20 minutes when 3rd in line is a bit too long. What makes it worse is the manager always being on the phone having personal conversations, while on speaker phone. A few other and I shared a small conversation about this as we stood in line. I will visit the store again, to keep giving it a chance to improve, because there are a few really good employees. They deserve better leadership.

This particular location is well kept and the staff are friendly. They even have beers. However I believe Dollar General wildly underestimated how popular the location would be. It has two places for express lane style checkers and that is it. And typically one of the machines isn't working. Otherwise it is a great experience every time I shop there.

This is one of the very best stores. I come to ot before I will go anywhere else. They keep the store so clean the workers are all helpful friendly and knowledgeable! With this review I give the store a 5 star rating thank u

The cashier at this DG was the most unhelpful of any I have ever encountered. When I asked if I might be able to get a box rather than a bag to transport 18 glass bottles she replied "not really" and made no effort to offer double bagging or anything to prevent breakage. Very unfriendly and not at all helpful. Not typical of DG folks for sure!

here we are again writing Dollar general again I have to say Rock island Oklahoma has the best Dollar general I've ever been to besides the one in poteau Oklahoma that would be my number to Dollar general are just such good people there that work there they're very laid-back they're just really nice and they're always there to help you so if you want to go to Dollar general I would I would suggest you go to the one in Garland or go to the one in poteau great people to go shopping

I shop frequently at the store in Overcup .I love it, it keeps me from having to drive all the way to Morrilton when I need a few items. They have a great selection.The employees are very nice and helpful.

Friendly never had a problem. Even when I left my wallet in a buggy outside. Or left an item behind. Just a good place all-around

I live in a rural area so a quick run to the store takes me a total of 20 minutes therefore I am very grateful considering it's the closest store to me. The store is a bit overcrowded but that is nothing major

Well not everything is out on the shelf. Shelves are bare or boxes are stacked on carts still. Selection stinks. They need to stock overnight or something. They just can't get it done during the day.

It's like trying to shop in a dollar store that a bomb had gone off in. Good luck if you try to go here and shop. Can't find a thing except cigarettes at the checkout.

You can run in & quickly pick up just about any utensil, Greeting cards, etc. The employees are pleasant.

This is one of the cleanest, most uncluttered Dollar Stores I have been in. Very nice associates.
