This review is for the store in Monticello, Arkansas. Let me be clear that I am thankful we have a Dollar Tree store. I just think some changes need to be made, so people can have a better experience in the store and you all could have better reviews. The prices are great for the products they have. As far as the products being on the shelves not so good. There are stacks of boxes down every other isle with practically no one putting what's in them on the shelves. It makes it hard to see the items on the shelf behind them and to move your cart around and down the Isles. Maybe bring out a couple of boxes at a time and unload them right then. When a store is this unorganized and messy it makes you hate to go in it.

A great place to shop and save money on a lot of household products and products we used on a daily basis! Even tho, they raised their prices to a dollar and twenty five cents each, it is still a bargain! Also, some of their higher- end products are 3 and 5 dollars, which offers their customers a variety of merchandise at a price they wouldn't fine anywhere else. I love the Dollar Tree, and i go in there almost every day to browse and shop! You can save a lot of money and even on brand name products! I always go there first to see if they have on hand what i am looking for before going somewhere else to find it and often times, they have it, and this makes me very happy because it saves me money, and we all need to do that, especially.since prices everywhere have skyrocketed! I do however have one concern, and it pertains to the staff and cashiers there now! This crew is not as friendly and helpful to customers as the previous ones! I recently had to call corporate on a supervisor and another crew member concerning how I was unfairly treated and singled out during an incident in the store 4 weeks ago! The corporate office assured me that the matter would be investigated and resolved! I felt really confident and satisfied about how corporate addressed this matter, and i advise anyone to do the same if a problem arise there or at any business establishment! This is the only complaint i have at this time; overall, the store is a great affordable place to shop even with the increase in it prices! You still can find a bargain and save money on certain items in the process!

Wow I'm so impressed with the Quality of products. Every product for one dollar. You can't beat that! I like saving and if you add the quality product plus on it. It's a win win baby... yes Dollar tree 👍👍❤❤

Robert is my husband but I shop there a lot. I love it. The only problem is I think they should hire people who only stock because there's always boxes of items that need to be put out and the people working there obviously cannot multitask. I suggest possibly new management.

Well first we were.told we couldnt use the self checkout lanes and then we were told we couldnt use our coupons from the dollar tree app, no one smiled and we even tried to joke with them and we were met when grim faces and not even a smile.

Overall this store was okay; however, the supervisors need to learn customer service skills. Although there was a line of 5 on register 2, Jennifer decides to walk past it with an associate to check out, which is rude due to customers already being in line, which had went up to 8. After she started me down because I complained, she then ask if anyone wanted to check out..Only 1 customer moved I think because the others didnt for Jennifers lack of customer skills. Cameron was my cashier and was 10/10. The customer behind me stated he looked overworked so Jennifer throws in the comment of 'Cameron if u need help, call for it.' We are in checkout 2, Jennifer along with 2 other employees are there stocking and have a clear view. Most superviors or good employees take the initiative to get and keep the lines down, they did not. Its mother's day weekend and I guess graduation, due to the quantity of balloons, stores should be prepared and ready for extra traffic. Please retrain new customer service skills because Cameron, the cashier, was the only one with some.

What can I say? Everything's a dollar. Store is clean and you can find just about anything you need in there. Even clothes at certain stores. The do run out of stock for some things that I shop for rather often. That's why they only get 4 🌟.

Will someone please stock the shelves from what's inside all the boxes littered in every aisle of the store? Shelves and shelves are empty because there is barely any activity on them from employees. The things Dollar Tree is supposed to have are not found in this one because it's likely in the back or in those boxes blocking your way. It's tiresome to shop here when you know you are probably not going to find what you are looking for.

There is a manufacturing issue with the lids on the product bottles. Both Ajax bottles were not secure and leaked all in my car, smh.
