I Can honestly not rate this place. I was the only person in the place, zero people in the drive thru. Just stood there ready to order for 8 to 10 minutes, only to be looked at buy 4 seemingly Autistic employees. There was a 5th employee but he was passed out in a both, so I didn't count him. So I just left and walked across the street to Arby's

First of all 30 MINUTES for 3 cheeseburgers and 1 order of fries.There was NO hustle to the staff.We waited 30 minutes for disgusting chewy burgers that were worse than a gas station burger.The crew member manning the drive-thru JUST STOOD THERE. Allowing food and customers to stand and wait while the girl in the front counter slowly took care of everyone else. I even told the person in the drive-thru we could see our food in the window and the front counter person yelled. "Yeah it just came up. I'll get it"Terrible.Food and experience.

Quick trip through drive thru. Service friendly and order correct. Pretty much in tune with all DQ's. Enjoy bacon cheese burgers, not a big fan of their puffy buns but that's just personal preference. All ingredients seem very fresh. Local one is dependable for quick good food.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo and I got a chicken strip sandwich. Who does that? The menu says, chicken fillet Not chicken strip. And it wasn't even fresh. Ugh!

Had to wait on the order. They brought the car next to us their order. However it was wrong so DQ took the order from them after they had been eating the fries out of it. Came to my car and insisting we take the order, I said no! They then went back inside came back with what they said was a new order, which it was not. Knew it was the original order by the bag and contents, which still was not what we ordered. Finally took the bag in and got a refund. That experience was not good, because of Covid everywhere. Not clean. So when they make you wait out by the dumpster for your order. Make sure it does not make it's rounds to another car waiting before it gets to your car.

The staff were unfocused, my wife's burger had no cheese, they forgot spoons for the ice cream, the wait time was slightly longer than usual, and we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to make the hotdog kids meal they forgot. The food itself tasted good, and maybe it was the end of a short-staffed shift, but I probably won't stop there again on my way through.

I have been there before and it had been good..... But this time it wasn't. My burger looked like it was just thrown together, it had way too much ketchup and mayo I had to wipe it off with a napkin and it wasn't even warm by the time we got. And we had to wait over thirty minutes for our sundaes. I've been in there before when they were busy and never had that experience.

I would like to begin by saying that our service was phenomenal. The cashier and waitress were on point. The food on the other hand was not so good. It lacked flavor on every level and looked nothing like the food on the sign. Very disappointing :(

Food quality is about what you'd expect from the chain. The service was friendly, if a bit disorganized. The location is pretty terrible, but the modern trend is to build everything in a single half mile stretch to cause as many traffic accidents as possible.

The patty on the burger was soggy and spongy, smelled like it had been on a grill but did NOT taste like it. Also ordered fries with it and they only gave us like 7 or 8 fries. Ridiculous. Staff was super friendly though. Oh and the shake wasn't good either.

The only thing I have a complaint about is the layout of the drive-thru. I don't know who came up with it, but they must have been drunk af. The blizzards were amazing though (as always).

Food was large in portion for the price! Service was impeccable! The food taste great and is served fresh!Vegetarian options: They have a variety of salads that a vegetarian could enjoy without all that meat!Dietary restrictions: They have sugar free and low- carb ice cream bars that are delicious! I buy them often during the summer!Parking: Parchment is smooth and parking places are easy to drive in and drive out!Kid-friendliness: A great place to take the kids! Adequate and roomy seating area to! They have treats and ice cream and other nice desserts for them to enjoy as well!Wheelchair accessibility: Big doors, double- doors that is easy to get wheelchairs in and out!

Food was okay but nothin special. Service was slow but it was pretty busy that afternoon with only one girl on the register when the manager should have gotten on the other or told someone Else to. The poor girl tried her best to do it all but she ended up actually quitting on the spo because the manager just ignored her.

Who doesn't like at least one item from the Ole' DQ!!! Happy hour makes it an affordable stop for the occasional treat for the kids on our way home after school. (If they've been GOOD!)
