It was a complete mad house. Our Family Dollar store is going out of business, so everything was 50% off and everyone was taking full advantage. There was a line that wrapped completely around the store.

My 65 year old mother came by in search of discarded cardboard boxes this morning. She was told by the employee with the rolling cart of broken down cardboard boxes she could wait and go get them from the dumpster later. It doesn't take anything to be kind or polite. Don't worry , she went across the street to Dollar General where she was handed several boxes with a smile and that's where we will be taking our business from now on. Oh and the worker at Dollar General commented that she hears all the time that the staff at the family dollar are rude.

Was there today and a very nice man greeted me at the door! He works for the family Dollar company and is visiting the store here in Mena! Helped me find tubs of redbird mints!

I had been calling around looking for disinfectant wipes for our fitness center and I believe she said her name was Misty but could be wrong(sorry I don't remember her name)but she was very nice and polite when she answered the phone and helped me out when I got to the store she was still going out of her way to help me!

It is always a pleasant experience shopping at our local Mena Ar. Dollar Tree. The staff is very helpful and the store is clean and well kept.

Don't like their sales, they make u have to buy triple of stuff on sale, instead of just being able to get 1 item only on sale,, service is extremely slow, I stood in line 35 minutes to get waited on an I was only customer there,,, some woman cashiers or RUDE AS Hell,,, I Will Not B Back there EVER Again !!!!!
