Very polite staff very accommodating. My 65 year old mother came by to grab discarded cardboard boxes after she was rudely told by an employee at Family Dollar (across the street) she could go get them out of the dumpster, , as the employee was pushing a cart of broken down cardboard boxes. Needless to say we will be taking our business here now where people treat others with kindness and respect.

Lazy employees. Store hours are from 8am to 9 pm. They closed the store at 845 with people waiting outside needing to get a couple things. 1 was a lady with 2 kids who just wanted to get some milk and cereal. Great employees just awesome people! 0 out of 5 stars if i could.

The cashier's like to stand beside each other and talk instead of opening the other register...making what should have been a 7 minute wait into a 20 minute wait. No one wants to hear about how difficult it is to stock and cashier whenever you check out. Understanding that 10 people in line aren't trying to hear about your truck or your problems would be beneficial.

This store is ok, but some of the staff doesn't even seem like they want to help u...& doesn't seem to know answers to some questions...example, went in a couple weeks ago & bought some underwear along with some other items, then when I went to check out, the underwear rang up more than what the sticker said, (where I got them), & i asked, 'aren't these cheaper?' & the cashier said no & went & looked, but also said she was the one that put those on shelf to sale, so they priced right...however, when she went to look, they were cheaper.I thought this was rude also.

They actually have allot of really cool and useful things and they keep getting better with more useful and creative products like art supplies. House products any where from shampoo-bleach-yard ornaments- silverware -dirt birthday cards- etc......

Dollar General has deals on most stuff but some things are just way to high.some what over board.3.00 more on a bran name dog food....One thing stand out at 71 store the clerks are the best. Helpful an nice but they need more help. Seen them hustling eveytime i go on an there working stocking an having to run up to cash out ...

Every Dollar General seems to be a little different. This one has a decent selection of food items: frozen, dairy, baking, spices, tons of chips and soft drinks. Also a small automotive section and a little hardware. Good selection of DVDs and books as well as clothes and footwear.

Tina is manager & she keeps things moving well-AND CLEAN!! They need more employees- they NEVER have enough to ring out people very quick - I used to work there- I KNOW they need given the allotted $ for another employee! Regional manager cutting corners so THEIR numbers look better - instead of making things the best they can be.I MARKED DG review score DOWN BECAUSE THIS AREA ALL LOOOOOVE Hiland Brand Local Milk -to the degree that when people have to go out if town for extended amounts of time THEY NOTICE the different milk and are GLAD to be home to good ol' Hiland Brand MILK!!Now DG has stolen that away from our local Hiland and started filling the store with Dollar General brand Milk!?Come on DG - Can't you stay in your lane doing stores and leave the milk to Hiland?I dont have any family that work there - but we sure appreciate Hiland While milk, skim milk extra, AND most of all Hiland Chocolate Whole Milk!!That means we have to drive elsewhere MOST of the times we grocery shop. Too bad cuz DG has been a nice closer place to grab some things.

Extremely hard to shop here! Very cluttered, isles full of items waiting to be stocked. Very disorganized. They did, however, have what I needed.

They dont price things right and put things on sale and the sale dont come up on register. Aisles are cramped full of storage.

The store was clean dispite all the stocking going on for Christmas. The girls working we're very Friendly and engaged in a little lie conversation which was nice.

Great store manager, friendly employees that are easily able to assist the customer with locating items when the customer like me is in a hurry and needs to get in and out as quickly as possible. Also has a great district manager.

They had everything I wanted and pretty easy to find. I enjoy shopping @ DG because it's usually pretty fast, getting in and out, and prices are frequently less than Wal mart.

Having to move unexpectedly can by rough. Thankfully this Dollar General carried all the plastuc totes I needed and has a friendly staff to help me carry them to my car.

Went today, assistant manager was yelling at us customers, if we didn't like her attitude to leave the store. Horrible experience. We are all going to make comaints tomorrow.
