Got a crispy chicken dinner, and what I got was three tiny pieces of chicken, barely more than nuggets. I work in food service and know that what I got was the tiny pieces in the bottom of the bag that the cooks where too lazy to get proper portions. The bbq popcorn chicken was also very hard and rubbery. Unfortunately by the time I checked my order I was already home and too late to go back.

The entire meal I had today SUCKED. the burger bun was all crumbled and dry like it was on old but not moldy, so they used it anyways, then over toasted it. The lettuce was just the heart of the lettuce so it was hard and bitter. There was next to no condiments on it. Everything felt luke warm like it was pre-made and just sitting around. The fries were rubbery and gross. And the coke was all carbonation and no soda. If I wanted food like that I'd have gone to the big M.Every time I go here this place slips further and further down hill. But this was a new low.

Nice location for Sonic. It was busy as most Sonic's we go to are. We just got drinks for the road and the happy hour gives them to you half off.

Quick easy. Breakfast all day if you want it. It's a popular place for good reasons.Parking: Parking spaces with lighted menu boards.. each has a bank drive thru type intercom with pay option crediit/debit card readers. Cash to server at your window is also available.

Horrible isn't a good enough definition, or does it describe the many many terrible experiences I've there? Let's just say by far the worse sonic I've ever been to in my lifetime. There food is not only cooked properly, but the service, let's just say what service? Words can't describe how terrible this place is so I'm just going to leave it at that. Id rather go to red mule or to any other place in town to be honest before I have to resort to eating at the bottom of the barrel. The jail up the street has better food. Sonic, needs to close that chain down 👇👎. I've heard a lot of ppl getting food poisoning there and other things that is unacceptable.

100% of our online orders are messed up. Every. Single. Time. They are small: we only get blasts. Prices r to high expecially on drinks. Plus they hardly ever get our orders right. Didn't even put any pkgs of ketchup in our bags to go with ff's. Come on folks...don't b so stingy. Prices u charge u can afford it & maybe a napkin.

Customer service is some better but that's because some of the old dang are back. Food cooks still needs some more training. Speed is definitely an issue. Definitely still a work in progress. If we can keep Cade Weaver as our full time GM, I honestly believe customers as well the upper management will see a difference. You won't see the carhop slacking off. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians is a huge problem. The car hops that's there doesn't seem to want to earn their tips. They act like they care less about getting the food out. Not very Customer friendly!!!!Dietary restrictions: Need diabetic friendly food items on the menu. Even diabetics like to grab fast food but fast food restaurants doesn't carry items for diabetics

I was on a short road trip, I stopped at the sonic in Salem first. The parking spaces were so tight I barely got my F-150 in the space the couldn't reach the button to order my drinks. I left without ordering. I stopped in Melbourne and got my drinks fast service, great limeade. My server was smiling and friendly. I'll stop there again when I'm in that area.

The person who took my order did great. The person who brought out our food did a great job. He hustled and then realized he had forgotten something, raced back in and the raced back out. We enjoyed that very much. It is hard to find people like that anymore.

Doesn't matter what I order they never get it right. I've hurts my teeth I always order no ice in my soda because the cold hurts my teeth I get scoffed at and they always put ice in my drink. Thv only time they didn't is because I complained and they took it in and brought back a new one. Once when I ordered over the phone the guy for some reason was trying to get me to order a peanut butter shake. I said I really didn't want one I wanted strawberry. When I was near the end of my shake I discovered a handful of plain peanuts and no explanation.

I pulled in to a stall that apparently had a non-working screen but I pushed the button anyway. Just as I was backing out, I heard someone on the speaker so I pulled back in. I gave her my order but the speaker was going in and out so I couldn't tell if she heard me. I waited quite some time but no one ever brought my order. The girl at the drive through window checked and said they did not receive the order but she got what I ordered very quickly. She was very helpful. I wish they would've sent someone out though when they realized they couldn't hear me. Not a big deal and the girl at the window more than made up for it with her pleasant and efficient service.

The worst service I've ever received. My order was nowhere near right. I asked for extra ice and got zero ice, strawberry milkshake I got vanilla, an order of onion rings there was 3 in a large order. My total was right at $30, and wasn't worth 5. My burgers were cold like they just came out of the fridge cold.

The food was very good, but the girl who served me was wonderful, all the time smiling and very kind, she offered me ketchup when I forgot, I will surely come back if all your employees are as great as this girl, for sure she deserves a raise. I forgot her name but it started with K.

It seems the app is down frequently. It was not too crowded when I went this time and the food was ok. My cheddar peppers was a little undercooked. The order was all their and it was pretty large so that was a plus.

I can handle my order having mistakes, or a long wait, or being out of a certain item. however, I was both misgendered (Sonic has a policy about not calling customers sir or ma'am, especially over the intercom) AND my carhop walked away before I could even respond to their "can I get you anything else?" They didn't give even a second to respond before spinning around and leaving.
