Sometimes I feel that State Farm has a stigma for having higher auto insurance quotes. I took a chance and reached out for an auto quote after being with a different agency 15+ years. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY could beat the automobile quote including the type of coverage that State Farm offered. ( I shopped around everywhere including online) I not only initially saved $50/mnth on my premium, but with the Drive Safe and Save program for me and my teenage son our premium just decreased another $19/mnth!!! Do yourself a favor and give them an opportunity to quote you. You have nothing to lose!Morgan at the Melbourne branch has been the kindest person to deal with. She's courteous, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel as if she doesn't have time to talk to you even though I know she stays extremely busy. You get the full customer service experience from her.
