Hi, I'm Toby and I was a guest at BowWow B&G over Christmas. Me and my two pup sisters stayed there before when mom and dad went on a holiday close by and we loved it! So, when it came time to stay for a week, mom and dad drove us two hours to BowWow! We didn't mind it because it is so fun! We get our own room with our own outside!!! I could go out whenever I wanted and look at all the other guests! I also got to play with my sisters in the big yard. The hoomans at BowWow took such good care of us. They gave us food, water and lots of loving! Last time we stayed at a different dog hotel, my big sister screamed so much she lost her voice! At BowWow she didn't scream at all! Next time your mom and dad go on vacation, make sure they take you there, even if it is a long drive. It is worth it! I can't wait to visit again!

Loved the haircut they gave my dog Shelby plus the nail clip etc. They do excellent work and my dog lo ed them. The only complaint I have is it's often times hard to contact them. I've found the best way is to go there in person to get an appointment as phone messages and texts are often not returned.

I made an 8am appointment and they never bother to call me and let me know they would not be able to take my puppies. I drove the 40 minutes to them for nothing. Wasted hour and 20 minutes.

Blair did a very good job on my toy poodle. Considering I don't like a traditional poodle cut some groomers foul it up, she did great.
