Three of us went to dinner Monday afternoon. None of us could finish our food. Terrible. The fish one plate was undercooked with warm spoiled coleslaw. The Chef Salad was warm and the meat was slimy due to being spoiled. The picture shows just how greasy the fries are. The cook used old fries and reheated them in the grease then lied about it. Been here four times. Not once a good meal. Will not go back. Follow up to your reply.......Thank you for replying to my review. Your reply again is evident to the lack of proffesionalism you posses. Glad you run a small town diner with no competition. You will do well here. Good luck on the success of your establishment. For the record we didnt complain about the food to you. We simply asked if the fries were fresh or reheated. You state " chronic complainers" Never complained any of the four times we have been there. Please get your facts straight. Obviously your cooking and your review rebutles both need to have more attention to detail applied. Again good luck with your diner, I feel your going to need it.

It's a cozy little restaurant with a big menu. Everything that I've tried has been so good! Everything tastes homemade and you get plenty of food. They have BBQ, the best cheeseburgers around, fish dinners, chicken strips dinners, steaks and shrimp, chicken fried steak and even buffet. They also have a working jukebox. It's a laid back atmosphere where you feel like sitting for a while.

We got the wonderful, small town service we expected. I gave 4 stars only because my hushpuppies were a beautiful golden brown outside, but very doughy inside. I understood the cook was just starting out but everything else was spot on! We won't let a little undercooked hushpuppy stop us from making a return visit.

Would be no stars but had to give one for review. So me and my family went to eat. We walked in at 1:55 pm as soon as they see us we are told she is shutting grill down but you can come back tomorrow. Like ok we will wait 24 hours to eat. If you change your hours update your hours on your door. Will not go back. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 14 miles and go to Pocahontas.

Great country food! If you want a homely feeling and your from the south, you have came to the right place! I have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and in my very highly skilled and experienced opinion this is a underrated place all together! If I could give this place more than five stars I most definitely would!

Buffet tasted like..####! 2 eggs OM ordered from the back took over 10 min but were the best tasting of ANYTHING else on the table. Only thing for a young child was chocolate milk or orange juice. New person working the cash register caused the checkout process to be very lengthy!

Watresses are great. Fries are the best, but the bbq, especially the ribs, always seem old. I would not recommend the steaks. Very poor quality and they had a hard time cooking it right.
