This was the worst fast food experience in my life. SQUASHED sandwhich UNCOOKED BACONRAW FOOD. The fries were cold and lumpy. The sandwhich was drowned in sauce and the bun was burnt. THE BURRITO WAS SMALLER THAN MY HAND AND super tiny small.

We stop at this location most every time we're in the area. The staff are sweet and our orders are always correct. Our wait time tends to be greater than other locations (not sure if that's due to staffing) but nonetheless a good experience. Syrup to CO2 ratio is a bit off.

The food is usually really good but there aren't many healthy options which you can expect from a fast food restaurant. The service is also pretty good but there isn't much they can do to improve since it's drive in only. The atmosphere isn't that great since you are just in you car and I haven't been to a sonic that doesn't have trash strewn everywhere.Kid-friendliness: They always have different toys for kids whenever I go there.

Great experience all around. Food was hot, fresh, and accurate.Our server was helpful and friendly. There was nothing other than the price, and that's not exactly the stores fault.Parking: Love the drive up to the stall and order.Kid-friendliness: Menu lacks a little in a child department, but it's perfect for our needs.It is also one of the only alternates to McDonalds that gives out Kids Toys.

Ordered on the app. Arrived 10 minutes later. Checked in. Get the message "so and so is on the way". Another 10 minutes goes by. Cars on both sides of me pull up, order, and both get food. I pushed the button and the young lady was immediately rude to me. She eventually came to my vehicle and the first thing out of her mouth after I tried to explain was "can't you see we are busy?"...which led to me losing it a little. She went back inside and came back out saying she cancelled my order. That's fine. Wasted 30 minutes and no food. She did not "cancel" it, she just didn't bring it to me. I still have no refund and this happened 3 weeks ago. Sonic send me a coupon for a slush...thanks sonic. A $32 slush!

Kitchen Absolutely never gets an order right. Food is always, old, cold,and wrong. Friendly carhops.this is my bacon burrito add invisible jalapeños. Bacon burnt to a crisp. Last time there was no meat at all.

Everyone here was incredibly nice- the one taking our order, the employee who opened the restroom for me, and the carhop- amazingly kind and friendly team. Food was fast, order special requests were perfect and delicious.

Unfortunately I’ve learned that I have to specially order my food, if you just order normally; your food will be subpar. But they did a fantastic job with my order, everything was hot and fresh. The carhop was incredibly polite and my ocean water was perfect. I recommend going during the day, the night shift is, politely speaking, less competent

This was one if the best sonics we have been to in a long time. Staff was able to take our large order with several special requests without us having to repeat anything. The order came to us quickly and without any mistakes. The food was delicious.Good job Sonic Crew of Mayflower, AR!

Deleted my big long drawn out review because I've decided sorry and sweet is better. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. There are only 3 employees here that are nice, I thank my lucky stars when I'm dealt their service, because the other ones are BAD. and watch your change. Praying for these people who are clearly unhappy.

Starting with the order, the girl could not hear me and I had to yell into the speaker and repeat myself several times. I asked if they have Mellow Yellow about 5 times, and in a condescending voice, I heard back, "Sir we only sell Coke products." Guess who makes Mellow Yellow? Yep, the Coca Cola company. I ordered the 3 crispy chicken tenders with tots and honey mustard sauce. The tenders were soggy, cold and tasted of old oil as if they were leftovers from earlier in the day. Tender but far from crispy. The Texas Toast was burned yet soggy and cold. Tots were pretty good, the gravy was delicious, and the guy who brought the food out was great. My first review of this Sonic but not my first disappointing experience. I left frustrated and tossed the chicken in the trash.

Service is always great and quick at this location. Have never had a problem with my order in the past several years I have been coming here. With all Sonics switching to the LCD screen, that has helped with any inaccuracies that may have been an issue in the past at other locations... also who doesn't like happy hour, or 1/2 price shakes after 8pm during the summer?

Our carhop Jordan waa so nice. The good was hot could tell they just cooked it. Tots and onion rings were a little hard but they were hot too. Drinks were good. Will definitely go here again.

They take their sweet time even in drive through. So it maybe the last 20-30 of happy hour and then by the time they take your order it's " Oh! I'm sorry. Happy hour just ended. Im like no this is not ok. I had listened to 4-5 songs play all the way through from star to finish before my order was taken. However. The food was hot, if it were just made, everything done exactly as it's supposed to. The sight was very clean and well kept, Car hoppers moving swiftly in an out to the customers and Verbally professional.

I ordered a large water easy ice at 6:41. Approx 2 mins later it says Alyah is coming with my order, 12 mins later I pull out of the stall and leave, still not have received my water. I drove to harps and got service immediately!

I have never had a more rude fast food experience in my life. I work in the food industry, and I know how things can get fast paced and hectic. Tonight, as try to I ask about a deal I thought was going on, I get completely cut off: "Are corn dogs supposed to be $0.50 today? I read-" "No, they're not. Your total is $X." Screen resets. Okay, maybe five cars at 9pm is busy for Sonic, maybe they have to rush orders through. No biggie. I get my food, and for the second time I'm given five instead of six boneless wings. Eh, mistakes happen, but this is the second time it has happened so I kind of want to get my correct order this time . I call them up, "Hi, I just ordered a 6 piece boneless but only received 5-", the screen goes blank. Okay, now this is getting frustrating.However, it's a quick fix because they were nice enough to come out and give us two extra wings, which we really appreciated! :) The runner, who turned out to be the manager, apologized and said "sometimes they're really small". I tried telling her no, we really only got five, but I couldn't because halfway through my sentence she WALKED AWAY.Nothing is more frustrating than trying to communicate and not being heard. I ended up speaking to her (the manager) one on one. I thanked her for giving me her time, and told her she could run the food she had in her hand before speaking to me. To her credit she said it was alright and gave me her attention right away. I told her I didn't understand why I was repeatedly cut off. She apologized, stating they were just very busy, offered to talk to her team, and hastily told me to have a good night before running the food.Sonic and staff, I know what it's like to be busy in the food industry. But that doesn't excuse you from cutting off customers and walking away from them while they are speaking. I hope this reviews brings customer service to your attention, and you are able to improve it. Thank you!
