Been sitting here 33 min and still no food. Have asked once already. 4 other tables in here. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! The girl is completely rude and the guy was horrible. Even come out the restaurant yelling after only tipping on the service received. Left on receipt inform guest of 45 min wait due to one cook and that just set him off. Horrible customer service. Wearing open toe flip flops in a restaurant to serve food is just NASTY

Always stop at Smachs when passing through Arkansas. We Discovered this wonderful gem of GREAT cooking about a year ago & the food is always amazingly delicious. This time, we brought friends & family to share in this warm atmosphere with treats! You will never be disappointed after visiting Smachs Kountryfried Cafe!

Delicious food. I got the western omelette I believe and a biscuit with hash browns with it. True country food and the waiter was on it. Great service! The biscuits were bomb though!

You know previously I had posted that this was the best breakfast ever but the last 2 times have been the worst experience I've ever had. The restaurant wasn't busy I took my wife and 2 daughters waited over 40 minutes for breakfast all I asked was for an update and I was told we're not fast food as the waiter walked off talking mess to me then I explained to the lady up front when she asked me about how the experience was and she had the nerve to say well hes right we're not fast food and didn't care that the biscuits and gravy were cold or anything else it's sad because this truly was a good place to eat I don't know what's happened I don't know why anybody would waste $30 on food at this restaurant I usually don't leave bad reviews but this truly was the worst experience It's ever had and I was a District manager for corporate Denny's and IHOP so I know the business. I love hometown cafe's so that's why this is disappointing. I do want to caution that you might want to take good care of not just the regulars but all the outside business because yes we are not regulars but we do come every so often so you are limiting yourself you are leaving money on the table and you're making the minimal profit by not taking care of all the business.And if you don't believe my review you might want to look at all the 1 in 2 star reviews if one person says it it's a rumor if 2 or more say it's a fact you might want to pay attention

We had BLT & the fried catfish sandwiches. We upgraded 2 onoin rings & tater tots both very were good. We really enjoyed them will b back! :)Kid-friendliness: High chairs & nice changing table in bathroom

We've visited here a few times. It's hard to rate food because what I like, you might not like. It's also hard to rate a restaurant on service because sometimes they're short handed and are doing their best while still falling behind like it was last time we visited (40 minutes to get simple biscuits and gravy breakfast). Next time, and we will be back, I am sure it will be better. Everyone is suffering through trying times with lack of employees and supplies, so I gave 5 stars. I am also a business owner and stars are important ✨️ 😁 I do highly recommend you try it for yourself! As for us, it works in a pinch, and I sincerely hope they are able to be better staffed going forward. It is so hard to be in small business these days.

Enjoyed eating there with a co-worker for late lunch. Plan to eat there again when working in area. We both ordered Unsweetened Tea with Lemon (guess they didn't have lemon?) It was tall(!), fresh flavor & nice color. Server was thoughtful to bring extra tall cup of ice to go along with our Tea. Our appetizer, Fried Pickles, was very tasty & prepared just right; served with ranch type sauce. My co-worker ordered Taco Salad with bowl type shell, served her choice sauce; which she said was delicious. I ordered the 2/3? Triple? Smach Burger with no Bun with no sides. I, however, received Burger with bun, as if this was unusual request per reaction of server. I just removed bun myself & didn't have issue. I really liked the Season of Burger. I enjoyed learning a bit of restaurant family history... each letter on Smach's represents a endeared family member, which they named each a few times. All staff was very personable & friendly. Enjoyable visit & food.

Went in today for fish special. Also ordered stallion burger. Got home to reveal a major disappointment. The fish were practically nugget size. I barely had maybe a very small handful of fries. The quality and quantity of food is not worth the price. The stallion burger did not have salt. It was not good whatsoever. My husband wouldn’t even finish it. I called and brought the untouched fish plates back but we kept the burger because it had a few bites taken off of it. Also when they refunded me my money. I was only given the price of meal and not my taxes back so I ultimately paid an extra $4 roughly for my flavorless burger. Do not waste your time. I want to harps for their $7.99 Friday fish special. And sadly the major good chain offers better fish. That’s so sad.

Was traveling across country need gone from home for 2 weeks we wanted a small local restaurant and found this awesome place . From the start the staff makes you feel like family and the food was out of this world!! And the price of food was so reasonable. Definitely recommend to all looking for a good home cooked meal..

The food was excellent, but the service was a bit underwhelming. It might be the area, or just the COVID recovery taking its toll, but the waitress was very infrequent about checking on the table, and the food took more than 40 minutes to arrive. With better service, this would be a solid 5.

We love this place! Josh was the best waiter! This is a family ran restaurant and although the wait is a longer than a fast food place, the service is incredible!

This place rocks. The daily lunch specials are tasty and affordable. Even fast food costs about ten bucks for a combo meal. Here, ten bucks buys a heaping plate of home cooked goodness and a huge glass of sweet tea!!! The desserts are delish! And don't miss an opportunity to try their made from scratch Ranch dressing and slasa!!! Service is always friendly. Atmosphere is very relaxed. Great pit stop for the whole family!!!

Excellent food and service. Stopped here on return trip home and enjoyed the food and quite atmosphere. Very reasonably priced. Go every time we can due to politeness and concern for the customer's dining experience.

I would like to start off with saying I am not opposed of waiting for decent food. Although I would say coming in at 11:25 and an hour later 6 other tables have already gotten and ate their food is very rude. I think there is a local thing going around with many people getting special treatment.

Food was good as always, however found a hair in the eggs. I'm not a picky customer and so I didn't say anything about it. A single piece of hair doesn't affect how good or bad the food was in my opinion. I'm not one of those customers that'll raise hell and demand it be free or redone.
