I can't say enough thanks to these folks. I was 2 hours into a 6 hour drive today hauling a diesel water pump down I40. I started having issues and had practically lost a tire just past Conway. I called them on the side of the road to see if they could help. I limped the unit to their shop and was literally backed in a d pulling back out in 20 minutes with a new tire. Great attitude and good location. Much respect to all of them. Thank you.

I messaged their Facebook page well after hours one night over some concerns with my truck. 8:40pm to be exact and got an immediate response. They got me in the very next morning to look my truck over. They were very transparent with their findings, offered me solutions and financing. I was approved and they had me up and going the very next day. The communication with them was great and they were always so kind and pleasant to work with. I don’t think I’ll be taking my vehicle any other place from now on.

Dropped off 14 inch ATV wheels to have new tires put on, it only took them 30 minutes to change all four, and they loaded them in the vehicle for us and we got home 30 minutes later to put them on and one of them was not on bead and won’t hold air.

Awesome! Experience. Had a blowout on my Simi Truck and called these guys. As I was only 10 miles away. When I got there, I was treated like family. And the two tire techs got right on me (had me done in less than an hour) for two tires. Prices are perfect and respectful. It's definitely a 5-star company and service. The nice lady at the desk gave me a sexy pen too, but I forgot it on the counter being in such a hurry 😅

I come in for a tire and they gave me the wrong tire and rim. I came back and told them about it. They acted like it was my fault. So I asked for my money back. He started arguing and getting hot with me. So with that said I would not recommend them.

Always take my car in for service oil change new tires Brakes the crew is very helpful and friendly my husband took his truck yesterday on a Friday at around 3 in the afternoon his brakes where going out drove right in the empty bay and they started to replace the back brakes didn’t even call ahead to let them know he was coming awesome job keep it up!

Although the staff was very nice the mechanics didn’t know much about mechanic work and the service was super slow I went in for an alignment not only did they not do the alignment correct (tires still had uneven wear) they said it would take 45 mins and it took 21/2 hrs!I kept getting flat tires from uneven wear so I took it to a more credible place and was told my tires were bowed in and on call tires should have known this but instead they did an alignment on the bowed tires and made my situation worst and this careless / laziness could have cost me and my child’s life!

I have been a customer for many years. There, I have bought all my new and used tires, they have plugged several tires for me & even sold me a reliable car at very fair price. I never thought I would trust a mechanic shop to work on my vehicles but they have always diagnosed the problem, fixed exactly what was wrong and at a good price and timely manner. Everyone there is amazing; excellent customer service. With no hesitation, I recommend On Call Tire for anything vehicle related. They even know my name when I call to ask for service.

Never again!! I took in my work truck to have first a thermostat put on it. Went in yesterday because the thermostat had went out and they told me that they were not going to work on my truck anymore because the month before they had done un authorized work to the amount of $1500 to the owners credit he did discount it to 480 because it was not pre-authorized. The thermostat went out. I took it back and they said they would not honor it because it had been past 30 days my other mechanic put a new thermostat in and said that they installed it incorrectly.Beware!

Awful service!! Besides charging 674 for brakes and alignment….they want to throw in front brakes instead of telling me I needed this out of the 3 times I had to come down there, and miss work 3 times! No apology, no nothing! Left smudges of oil in the driver side of my car, and steering wheel, and when I asked about cleaning it, no one jumped to say anything about trying to clean it. They probably didn’t even do the alignment or brakes right, the atmosphere wasn’t even friendly. I’m sorry but no I do not have anything nice to say about these people, their work ethic, or the company it’s self. I just won’t be back!!

I get told 1 hour and wait over 4 hours on a 45 minute job. Waste of time with a 50 percent chance they didn't do what you needed done correctly the first time so you will have to come back and waste more time.

Be aware women. I had a slow leak on a tire. They charged $32 for a patch. THEN..I traveled no more than 5 miles and my tire indicator came on. Checked the tire (i carry a tire gauge in my car). The tire had 25 psi. Tried to tell me my other tire had45 psi. Not true. I am very handy and not stupid.

They work quickly but they don't seem to have a care in the world for your vehicle ( I observed them just beating & banging the hell out of the inside of my car to get some tires I had in it out! ) plus they are over priced on their services! Wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have no other choice! This what I mean when I said they just beat the inside of my car all to hell!

After lots of searching for a good place to keep up with the mechanics and needs of my SUV, I’m glad to have settled on On Call in Mayflower. Even though it’s 30 miles away from my home, it’s our Go To place for everything from tires to repairs. Since I’m retired I spend nearly all my time in the woods with my dog and sidekick Butter. The folks at On Call like him more than they do me and they always give him an ear rub or two. Yep, On Call is the place to call and visit for fair and knowledgeable work and advice.

Dropped in to get an engine splash guard installed on my car that recently torn. I had the new guard with me. I just needed the car lifted and a few bolts mounted. When entering lobby I see mechanic leaning on door frame between lobby and garage, just giving me the shank eye. Not sure why the instant stare. I give him a smile and wait my turn at the counter. When the lady asks what i need done, I inform her about the guard needing to be installed; by this time the mechanic has went into garage. She comes back, followed by the mechanic, and says they cant't perform the job and both sit down at the counter. I guess they are too busy or $50 to turn a few bolts not worth their time. New to Mayflower from Conway so now back in Conway gettimg the guard installed at shop I"ve used for years, with time to write this review. Would have been nice to find a mechanic around the corner, rather than 10 miles away.

This is by far the best service I have ever had and they have the nicest mechanics!! They worked me in due to running over something that caused a flat. I was in and out quickly and it didn’t cost too much.
