I cannot say enough about the staff. This past week we had to lay to rest our dog after 18 yrs. He had a seizure and it paralyzed his rear body. I immediately took him to our local vet here & they immediately put us in a room. They were so gracious to wait on my wife before we made the heartbreaking decision. Not one time did they ever act put out, or rush 1 thing. They took the time to explain each step of the process and took time for us to spend every moment we could till the end. They also gave us all options after his passing and we chose the cremation. The staff was so respectful and caring & it was heartfelt. Today we received a condolence card in the mail with a personal hand written note from each member of the staff. Plus they had taken his paw prints and placed them on cards. This means so much to my wife and I that words cannot express. We have taken our dogs there and every time they have been very friendly & helpful in answering all questions. This is more than just a Vet Clinic they are a staff that cares and it shines through.

This place is amazing! I called them frantically with an issue my older dog was having and they were very accommodating and comforting. I am beyond thankful that they made my fur baby well again and showed their compassion toward my beloved Mazzy (and me when I was sad). And bonus that their clinic smelled great!

I've lived and traveled all over and this is the absolute worst veterinarian's office ever. If your looking for a vet clinic that is open with NO vet tech, or and establishment with no veterinarian for over a week. This is the place to go. I wouldn't let them work on a dead rat after the experience this last week. However: If your looking for a vet that cares and will do whatever it takes for your fur baby, pleasant valley animal clinic in little rock is the best place to go. They will do whatever it takes to get your baby in and taken care of.

I took in my beloved companion of 12 years. They had worked me in since Su Su was ill and sinking. The staff was beyond kind and thoughtful. Allowing me to be with her until the end. She was treated gently and compassionately. I thank them for their kindness.

The staff was very friendly. The doctor was great with our dog, Cash. They worked him in the day after I called. He had an ear infection and felt much better by the next day. We love Mayflower Animal Hospital!

Took our 2 dogs there for check up/re-up on shots. I could tell they were slammed, but the staff was very calm and professional. One of my boys was defensive when getting shots, but Doctor and staff were very kind and understanding, just a walk in the park for them. They helped me get in and out. PRICING is GREAT compared to others in central Arkansas. Commuted 25 minutes for them, I will be making that trip again.

One of the first things I notice when I walk into a vet is the smell. Well, Mayflower doesn't smell. They are super clean and very friendly. As a matter of fact they loved my kitties so much they all had to come say hi and one tech even stole my little one to show around. To me that means they care more about my pet than anything else. I think we found our little ones vet. Will be using them from here on out. Also just want to give a shout out to Ash that booked my appointment! She was great about getting me a ballpark figure on cost. Most vets I called that day wouldn't give any numbers unless they saw them first. Seriously, I just needed to get some ear mites under control. Like a vet doesn't treat ear mites a hundred times a week therfore should be able to give an estimate. Again great place, vet was super cool and didn't push extra stuff. Just only what we needed to control some mites.

They gave me a appointment with the veteran with in a hour of calling about my poor dog ..who was very sick..they told me upfront what they believe my dog had and gave me a very good estsment of how much it was gonna cost.. very pleased with the service my dog received and he seems to be doing better now...

The Vet clinic we've used in Conway for over 14 years wanted nearly $500 to put down and cremate our dog they've seen her whole life. This clinic did it much cheaper and was able to get her in immediately. They've never cared for our Daisy but immediately treated her with love,care,compassion and respect. We just got her back today and when we opened her cremation box,wow. The sweet pawprint,notes,and beautiful urn was heartwarming to know they and the cremation company treated her right. We cant thank y'all enough

I was given heartworm prevention meds 8x the dosage for my 4lb puppy. He suffered AWFUL side effects, yet never received a call from the vet or an apology for the mistake. They were attentive until then.

Went to our first appointment with our new vet clinic today. The entire staff was very friendly. My dog was way happier. I was way happier and my wallet was really happy. I could actually look at my bill and understand it and see exactly what I paid for and it was all reasonable priced. It was definitely worth the drive from North Little Rock and the drive back was a breeze since the dog was so chilled out and not his usual nervous wreck from the vet visit.

My 14 year old miniature poodle was attacked by a feral cat resulting in a deep wound. I took him in, they brought him right in, stapled the wound and gave antibiotics. Very nice, efficient and reasonable prices. So grateful they could fix my dog during a scary incident. I highly recommend.

They do a great job. We went for our annual visit. Our pup was checked, got her shots, and got flea/tick/worm medicine quickly. Nice that all 3 are in one tablet now. Our dog ate it up like it was a treat. Staff love animals and were great with our furry baby.

**WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES**** DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!**Brought our Redbone into this office for a growth in the dogs sac. We had him neutered and we had the "growth" removed. We did not get a biopsy. We have had to take our baby to another vet. Mayflower Animal has severely ruined/killed our baby.
