There are some women in there that are extremely nice. They always tell you hello they greet you there extremely friendly to my grandson and they always tell you bye when you leave ,They always seem to have things .Now there is a women that is extremely rude.. and because of her I will probably never come back to the store. I really enjoy the store because it’s in my hometown, but I cannot stand people that talk about you or that say things and then when you confront them they continue to talk about that in front of customers and to other employees, so with that being said, more than likely, I will never go back to the store in my hometown, and if you’re going to do drugs at work, you should buy make sure they’re not on your face when you come out and check on customers or when you harass customers .

I did some shopping today and I had purchased a pack of chapstick, but when I got home it wasn't in my bag. I'm totally disabled so I just can't run back to the store to get it. I really needed it...

I bought a green dot card n loaded $40 , but when I tried to activate the card it said the card info was no good and when I brought it back in for refund the store clerks played games for 40 mins. acting like they were trying to refund it but in reality they were trying to keep my money. In the end I told them Im not leaving until they give me my money. They eventually quite the games n gave my money

Nicholas is a 5-star guy! He was handling the front of the store by himself with so much patience and kindness. While we waited in line to be checked out, he quickly and nicely attended to multiple self-check out issues and problem transactions. There was quite a lot going on, but he was super intentional with every customer. I will continue to shop here just because of him!

We were just in the dollar general market in Mayflower. (9/23/23 at 6:20pm) The registers were acting up and causing the employee, Nicholas, problems. He was very apologetic to the customers in the store. He was doing his best to get everyone checked out and on their way. He stayed calm and was so nice. It appeared he was the only one working and he was handling the situation the very best he could! Such a nice young man!!!

Always service with a smile and greeted when you walk in the door with a friendly smile and hello. Staff is always very helpful and informative. The staff no Matter how busy they are never hesitates to stop and assist you with any questions you may have or any product you may be looking for. Always a pleasure.

Just left there asked about getting a checker and was told by the log haired red headed young gurl who was playing with a box I am kinda in the middlele of something I said I only have cash she says well if you want me to i then huffed over to the register and was a total rude little person. Wont be back why build a nice store and have a useless staff.

I don't normally write reviews but I've had enough of this store. They never put up their truck so there are carts of merch blocking every isle. The shelves are empty ALL the time yet there's unorganized carts everywhere. The staff is absolutely horrible, the managers do not care at all. The only reason why I come here is because Fred's shut down. I dread coming in here every time. If they would clear the isles and actually put up their stock, then it would be more pleasant. I do, however, plan on calling corporate or at least the DM and explain to them that this store is literally a danger zone to the elderly and disabled that come in here. It's up to them if they want a law suit on their hands if someone gets hurt because of the cluster**** that is this store.

Everytime I come in, I have been greeted. When I'm checking out, the cashier is talking to me about my day. Every cashier too, or at least the three I've seen. The customer service here is wonderful.

The employees are always helpful and friendly but they probably don't pay much because they seem to have a high turn over. Most all DG stores seem to be always cluttered with stock on the isles needing to be shelved but this is hands down by far without a doubt the messiest, junkiest, most unkept Dollar General I have ever been in. But it's about all we have around so we make do with it.

It was alright but I couldn't find what I needed and the lady seemed like she wasn't happy cause she had stop what she was doing stocking or something which I can understand but still I even said I sorry you had stop what you were doing and no response. It looked understaff. Prices are higher than Walmart of course. I rather go Harps or Walmart in Conway unless just have to

LOVE ALL THE EMPLOYEES!! They stay so busy it is crazy and they are all so polite and respectful. The building needs more space to put backstock... but they keep everything stocked like suppose to, just very small building.

Always a mess. No shopping carts available because they are full of trash cardboard and merchandise. You can not move around in the store at all. Shelves are always empty. Not a good place to shop. It is very dangerous to the elderly and disabled people who come to shop.

Friendly workers. The most crowded and unorganized dollar General store I've been in! No joke. They ran out of room years ago and have products laying around everywhere. In every isle there are products in a line on the floor, piled as high as the lower shelves are of stuff they can't fit on their shelves.

B cuz I'm tired of being over charged every time I go in there. Wasnt only me, 2 more in line behind me said same thing. U have to go over your receipt b 4u leave store. 4out 5 times I have to had to argue Abt over charge. They never program register for sale item. I'm taking my business else where!!!

When you dont want to make a large grocery store run this place is great. Easy in and out. They care most food basics and prices are reasonable.

Your shelves need to be full they're always empty, if you would give your employees enough hours maybe your shelves would look amazing.

Usually always less expensive than the local grocery chain. They have a little trouble maintaining consistent employees and the store can be a little understocked. Aisles crowded with boxes.

The store is very disorganized and messy. The cashier's clothes were filthy. There were boxes all over the floor and in the aisles. Every single time I have to go in there it's the same thing.

As far as DG's go, it's about par for the course. You have to wait on cashier and their bright, sunny disposition. NOT! I've got to where I prefer Fred's.
