Their hours change constantly without any notice. Had to wait till the next day to pick up my medicine for myself and husband. It takes forever to pick up some medicine. I’ll call it in and be there about 30-45 minutes later and I’ll have to wait another hour because whoever I spoke with didn’t fill my prescription. Do better

The staff is rude and useless. So bad my wife and I argue who is going in there or call them. Always along wait and you get smart attitude at the pharmacy. Oh forbid you call you get a snarky attitude also. Walgreens you need to clean up your act!

This pharamcy is a mess. Get ready to wait at least 3 days for your meds, and be constantly lied to about it being ready on time. Their excuses for late meds are always "short staffing", but there is no excuse for lying to customers and making false promises. Please go somewhere else, anywhere else. Maybe they will finally shut this place down like it needs to be.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately they’re the only pharmacy in the local area that accept TriCare. Customer service, friendliness, and competence with handling medications are severely lacking at this location. For example, they gave us 10 more pills than the prescription called for. Good thing it wasn’t a controlled substance that gets audited by the feds periodically. Perhaps an anonymous tip might help them remember how to do their job or..?

This Walgreens might as well not exist. It provides NEGATIVE value. If I could leave a negative review I would. Every time I need a script filled, there is a problem or delay. Every time I've tried to use the Photo/Tech area, I have problems. Printer down, computer doesn't work, etc. Like it so obvious that whoever runs the place either doesn't care or is completely incompetent. The ONLY service that is any good is the FedEx package drop off. And I suspect that's only because FedEx forces them to follow certain rules/policies etc. I get this location may be convenient for some. But seriously if you afford to spend the gas go elsewhere and save your sanity and peace of mind.

Customer service is almost non existent. I have been waiting close to one hour on the phone this morning, they claimed from the beginning that one customer was ahead of me but after 50 minutes without them answering, it is extremely unlikely that they are at all going to answer.Their drive through is always extremely slow, you can spend an hour sometimes to get served.We have moved all our personal prescriptions to Achor Family Pharmacy but unfortunately one prescription for our dog is extremely expensive at Achor compared to Wahlgreens so that is the only reason we even bother with them.

Horrible experience with rude staff leaving me at counter to chat with a friend. Then refused to help during my second visit with an issue I had resolved in 30 seconds on the phone with pharmacy discount company. Something I had to do myself because on two separate visits staff refused to seek resolution. Other Walgreens had better service. Maumelle Walgreens pharmacy is one to avoid.

Drive through sucks waited for almost 1hr for prescription that is ready to be picked up. I thought it was just that 1 time but I get auto refill and it has been every single time I go pick up. This makes no sense if the prescriptions are ready y take 20 mins per car. You would think someone that has to go to school to fill prescription would do it a bit faster. Definitely finding an other pharmacy

AVOID THIS WALGREENS. My wife and I had a cruise planned. We used the drive-through for Covid rapid testing. We were told 3 hours and the results would be emailed to us. There is a time limit as to when you must have your covid test completed or pay $150 at the cruise ship entry point. The test was completed on Saturday and today is Monday, the day of boarding. We attempted to contact the pharmacy to find out what happened with the results, but the pharmacy was closed. My wife called Monday and they said all the systems were down and the results had to be handwritten. Long story short, the rest of our family had their results the same day using another Walgreens pharmacy without any issues. I've NEVER had any issues with Walgreens but with the service we received, I am going to file a complaint with the corporate office. 2 times this morning we telephoned and they said the results were emailed this morning...which they were NOT. We still have not received results and are anxiously waiting in another line at the port to pay to have a rapid test so we can continue with our trip. Walgreens in MAUMELLE.....your customer service sucks and I will NEVER use you nor recommend ANYONE I know to use your business. Incompetent employees and pharmacy. YOU GET ZERO STARS. 👎👎

Drive through is horrible. I have been sitting in the drive through for an hour after getting the text that my medicine was ready. Just for the to tell me when I got to the window that I needed to circle around. Looks like I’m sitting in the drive through that wraps around the building again. This is also keeping people that were shopping blocked in! Ridiculousness! Maumelle Walgreens is a last resort. I will drive 45 min out of way from now on and still be served quicker than this joke of a establishment.

I tried to call the pharmacy and was on hold for 20 minutes. It finally came off hold and started ringing someone picked up and hung up. I called back and it went to on hold and this time after 2 minutes they hung up again. This is third time in the last month. I was also in the store when I saw them hang up on someone without answering the phone. I think I’m going to switch over to the Kroger Pharmacy. Maybe they want my $2500 a month in prescriptions.

Went there to buy a product. It had a coupon of $3.00 off, which I thought was nice. After looking at the receipt, there wasn’t a discount. When I asked the cashier, she said it was my fault because I didn’t point out that I wanted the advertised discount. And next time to be sure and tell them I want to save money, or they won’t give me the discount.At least Walmart and Kroger gives you the advertised discounts without you begging.This seems to be a Walgreens policy, not just the cashiers incompetence.I mean, what person says “No thank you, I’ll pay full price”?!Chances are good that I’ll avoid that place like the plague. To all the great customers that I had the pleasure of taking care of I just want you all to know I enjoyed each and every one of you!!!! I have to say I wish I could have talked to you all before leaving Walgreens but fate sent me in a different direction. The reason for my departure was I got sick with COVID and if the truth be known I probably caught it at Walgreens. Well, they wrote me up for missing the days when i had COVID. To be fair I also was written up for being late guilty YES for being late. But to have COVID and be written up for being 😫 sick. NOT RIGHT. THEN AFTER I WAS WRITTEN UP MANAGER HAS THE NERVE TO SAY AS I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET FOR THE WRITE UP, BECAUSE COVID WAS BEYOND MY CONTROL, "MANAGER SAYS HAVE A NICE DAY" Just want everyone to know what kind of a place this is. I also contacted Jan in HR and she called but I was NEVER ABLE TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH HER. ALWAYS WENT TO VOICE MAIL AN I LEFT MESSAGES BUT NO RESPONSE!!!SO ONCE AGAIN IT WAS TRULY MY PLEASURE TO HAVE TAKEN CARE OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU CUSTOMERS!!!!

Stay away if you actually need your scripts filled. My kids was called in over a week ago and they keep telling us some long story about their system is messed up. I DON’T care if you are having problems with your system. Either send my script to another Walgreens that has it or figure it out. Quit telling me some story as it is not helping me get my kids medicine. I will never step foot in this store again, go to Walmart or Kroger or any other pharmacy.

It's a Walgreens like any other. They are all pretty uniform so I guess the only thing I can review is the cleanliness, employees, and pharmay.This location appears to be pretty clean. Employees seem friendly and greet you as you walk in the door.The pharmacy has prepared my prescriptions in a reasonable time in the past. I know that I usually avoid taking prescriptions to Walgreens locations because they take forever. They will quote you 45 mins and take 2 hours.That has NEVER been the case at the Maumelle location. At least not for me.

My prescription was for capsules, I left walmart bc they ordered tablets in instead and increased the price on me to boot. Was told Walgreens has capsules there and ready, just picked it up, tired of playing the back and forth game - they gave me tablets. I was just so sick of bouncing around and away from my usual Medicine Shoppe (go there if your insurance isn't a crummy HSA like mine, best I've ever filled with).They also charged more for tablets, but I was tired and needed my stupid medication.

What a joke! Drive thru is closed, they would't bring my wife's prescriptions out to the parking lot ( I had her ID and Mine), then the pharmacy lady said they were out and the computer should have called me to let me know. It's like digressing into the early 1900s. Very poor service, no commitment to the health of the general public, only the dollar bill. How sad.

They took my narcotics rx and said we will keep it on file. When you go to fill it, the rx is gone. They tell you that you never gave it to them. This has happened twice now. Customer service sucks. Pharmacists talked down to me like I was lower then dirt, when I told her I know for a fact I gave them the rx.

had an issue with prescription, Iesha was very helpful and patient. unfortunately the issue was never resolved, every time I try to fill a script it goes to another state. apparently it is not fixable.

Wide selection of products very good variety stores very clean handicap accessible has great little photo lab section for getting your photos developed.. the wait in the pharmacy isn't very long 15 minutes usually tops . has a good stock of medical drugs in the pharmacy .. good variety of supplements such as boost that's have a Walgreens version of it.. they have a large variety of vitamin supplements.. joint care. food products something you need to get on the go. the battery section has a surprisingly extensive selection not just the basic ones and have a very wide variety of hearing aid batteries they have a lot of of good deals on buy one get one 1/2 off on many products.. the store also has a small section on toys so if you forgot a birthday present or need to get one for going to a birthday party great place to pick one up also during seasonal occasions they have pool floaties flip flops and sun shades the store is updated at not ran down I would suggest visiting the store at any time

The drive thru for the pharmacy is ridiculously too long of a wait. Almost 30 minutes at a time to pick up a normal script. I don’t know what’s going on but it seems Walgreens may be treating their pharmacy bad.
