Doggie Spa did such a good job on my boy! I’ve tried multiple different groomers in central Arkansas and this is by far the best cut he’s had. The customer service was great too. I will definitely be coming back!

I decided to try Doggie Spa after having repeat trouble with our previous groomer over-booking. I was satisfied with the grooming at The Doggie Spa, and they had our pups finished mid-afternoon. I was able to pick my dogs up on my way home from work. No more waiting by the phone until 8pm! I will likely return to The Doggie Spa again.

I have been coming here intermittently through different locations for the past decade or more because my mother liked the proximity to her house. I have had consistently bad experiences here and do not think anyone should visit. Our wishes on cut and care were never followed and often things I specifically said were absolutely not an option were done anyway. These were all decisions made on aesthetics and not care of the dog like matting or allergy. Last summer I took my Corgi in for a de-shed, bath, and nail trim only. I made it abundantly clear that her coat was not to be shaped. However, she came back to me cut in a way that we are still trying to fix and will likely never be in the shape and condition it once was. Repeatedly, sections of my mom's dog would be left long for aesthetics despite our requests for a short cut due to an active life-style. My mom has never been one to rock the boat but I don't want anyone else to have to deal with the terrible service we have repeatedly received. I am so angry, even a year later, that I wanted to let others know what the potential is. As paying clients our requests were ignored and disrespected because the groomer refused to read and/or follow the directions we had left and agreed upon with the desk before leaving.

My dogs hair looks fine. She is a poodle and I asked for a short cut the same all over. The staff made me feel bad for asking for this cut when I originally brought my dog. I chalked it up to them just making sure I knew what I was asking for. However, when I picked up my dog, and was super excited to see her cut, the groomer busted out the door and aggressively double checked with me that it was what I wanted. I assured her it was what I wanted. Then she said “well she looks like a rat.” I was shocked so I just laughed and walked out. It was unprofessional and rude. Just because a customer doesn’t do a typical cut for their dog doesn’t mean they deserve to be questioned and told their dog is ugly now. On top of that, her nails were rushed and splitting.

They were able to work my dog in for an appt within 2 days. They were very professional and had great customer service! However, they are a little pricier than other places, but we’ll worth it!

I took both my dogs to get their nails clipped today. I called early this morning and got them right in. I was greeted warmly when walking in and saw lots of treats, toys, leashes/collars and other products for fur babies. The technician did an AMAZING job and my dogs came out happy with tails wagging. This tells me the technicians were kind and gentle. I have been other places were I was up charged (after the fact) because one of my dogs was “difficult”. I’ll be happy to come back here again and bring both my pups. I’ll also spread the word because I love supporting small town and locally owned businesses. So happy and pleased. This comforts me knowing my dogs are being taken care of here.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They were able to schedule me the next day during a busy holiday week! I brought our newly rescued Great Pyranees (115 lbs) in and they cared for her like she was their own. She smells great, looks gorgeous, and looks like she feels much better after the oatmeal treatment. We will be back on a regular basis! Thank you all! Took my golden doodle here for the first time today and she looks amazing! The groomer took time to speak with me to see how I wanted her curls cut. Very friendly staff, you can tell they truly love what they do here. Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience with The Doggie Spa. Our first time there with our two Yorkies. Jessica did a great job!!! Staff is very helpful and friendly. David checked me out and tried to find a new harness. We will definitely be back.

Went and took Oatmeal there. Called 15 minutes before and they said to just come on in. Got her nails done in 5 minutes! Will be going back again! Professional and quick!

The Staff is friendly, however they don’t follow instructions, twice I have asked them not shave my dog. Today, when I picked my dog he up he was damn near shaved, after a specifically said don’t cut or shave him… only trim such as clipping ends..

I regret not writing this review at the time of the incident and I also regret not pursing legal action after my last visit. I was a regular at the Doggie Spa until they harmed my Yorkshire Terrier. During his last visit, I received a call from a member of staff stating that they discovered a cut on his back leg and they warned me that he may be limping upon my arrival to pick him up. When I arrived to collect him, he was DISTRAUGHT! The cut they "discovered" looked fresh and it was located just above his heel on his back right leg. At the time I was naive and didn't think anything of it. I figured the cut would heal and he would return to walking normally in time. A week went by and he was still limping, so I took him to the vet. Long story short, the vet could not find anything on the x-rays so they referred me to a specialist. It turns out that my dog's achilles tendon had been severed. I have no doubt in my mind that this happened during his last grooming appointment at the Doggie Spa.Needless to say, I have not been back to The Doggie Spa and would encourage to explore other options when seeking an appointment for your baby. My dog is fine, but walk with a permanent limp. He doesn't experience any pain, he just can't utilize his back right leg as normal due to the carelessness of The Doggie Spa.

A bit on the pricey side, however, the staff really earn their dough. They do a fabulous job with my aging Standard Poodle and recently alerted me to his nasty ear infection. Great job, Spa peeps!

I've been taking my dog here for 2 years. They do a great job and ask questions when I drop him off to make sure they understand how I want his hair cut. I can usually call and get an appointment one or two days afterwards. The only downside is that although their hours say they are open until 5pm, there is never anyone there that late. They prefer for the dogs to be picked up by 2 or 3 usually.

I took my Cavapoo to the Doggy Spa for a trim...six hours later I pick her up and her fur looked terrible. I told them to leave it as long as they could and to even it up. The fur on her legs was long and untouched and the fur on her body was short in places and long in others. Long and untouched under the neck but short across the back. It was not a professional cut at all. Waste of time and money!

I have taken my dog Rico to Christy at the doggie spa for the last couple years. He always looks great afterwards. Rico is hard to handle as he isn’t very fond of other dogs and is anxious about being groomed, but Christy does a great job with him every time.

Both my babies Charlie & Launa have been to the doggie spa many times. They have even boarded for a weekend. They always love going and come home so clean and smelling good with there lil scarf and bows. We love theu doggie spa.

AMAZING! GREAT PRICE! Abby was very friendly and knowledgable about the whole process and was happy to explain it to me and answered all of my many questions. My dog, Conan is a Miniature Australian Shepherd and has attachment and anxiety issues. Christy took excellent care of Conan and he looked GREAT!! The owners were on their way out (Christy & David) but took time to sit and visit with me and talk with me about how to help regarding Conan's issues. That meant a lot to me. They have a very secure fence with a beautiful play area and their boarding fees are great. I was surprised and pleased with how clean they keep the boarding area as well as the Spa. Support local business and know they have an AMAZING team! Also, I heard the owners recommend a certain spray for a clients pet to help with matting. Going the extra mile is a nice quality in any business! Thank you Abby, Christy and David for everything. It was wonderful meeting you all!

I was able to get my dog in the same day I called as a first time customer and my dog came back very clean, smells very good and seemed like he had a good time. Well worth it, I will definitely be sending my dog back in the future!
