As a frequent shopper whoever they had on Thursday that #1 wouldn’t serve the drive through around 10am and then coming back around 2:40 a blonde lady was in the window sold me a 750 l wine and passed it thru the glass with no mango then caught an attitude when I asked for one. No worries. There’s a store down the street and I will make the extra 2 minutes to go there.

Good news they have the best allocation selection in Central ArkansasBad news you're going to pay way over what it's worth and I mean comical. But that's the catch wait for it at another place to maybe get it and pay a fair price or go ahead get fleeced and buy it at a price that you'd be embarrassed to admit to you friends.

Good selection but the employees are a different story. I was trying to order 1 simple item in a can and I had to repeat myself 3 times to the dude taking my order at the speaker in the drive-through. Then, I get up to the window to pay for my purchase and an older woman practically throws my bag at me. Once home, I go to take my drink out of the bag and they had given me the wrong beer! Now I know that I would have to check my bag for the correct purchase before driving off next time, but honestly, I don’t plan on there being a next time. Terrible service!

Nice liquor store. They have a lot of different types of whiskeys and wines etc. Staff was helpful and asked if we needed any help. Great location.

The wine here cost double what Kroger charges right next door. Also the manager was terrible she decided immediately to follow me around the store for my entire visit. She was so dead set on following me around that I decided to do circles around one aisle probably 5 times before confronting her.

1st time going here yesterday. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Best service in a store in I can't even remember when. Will definitely return here while in town. The customer service was AMAZING!! Store clean and well stocked.

Rude customer service! We went to the drive thru and asked two questions about the flavors they had. We were rudely told “come down to the window if you gotta ask all that”. None of it… we will take none of it and take our purchase else where. Thank you! 😊

This place has great selection of alcohol but their employees are the worse when it comes to problem solving and customer service. Ive been here more times that i can count and everytime i go im afraid that if a problem occurs like a card reader fail or they decide to close 2 hrs early the employees turn into complete jerks. As soon as an inconvenience occurs that affects them they react the worse way possible.

The manager does not like black people or her team helping people of color. I went there for wine and met a women I will never forget. She had the rudest energy and I could feel it as soon as I walked in the building. She even made an employee stop the conversation during checkout and made it obvious I wasn’t welcome. Not to mention she didn’t start checking IDs against credit cards until I got there. 👀 wouldn’t you do that to everyone instead of being selective based on personal feelings. IF YOU ARE BLACK TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This place has it all. A large selection of wine and knowledgeable staff. I frequently get the biggest bottle of hypnotic along with a couple of sweet wines. Last time I went in there was some kind of promotion for a rose wine. We tried a little and it was a dry wine. I stop by a few times a month and the staff is always friendly.

This is a really nice liquor store and very helpful kind employee's. I love the selections of beer that they have. Prices are a bit higher then a competitor like lake liquor. But, to be expected because it's in a nicer area and it's a much nicer establishment.

Staff is friendly, store is clean, and the drive up window makes it very convenient when you already know what you want or if it's raining out. Prices are about the same as Lake Liquor. With the size of this store I would expect a better wine selection, but they do have plenty of wines to choose from for someone like me who is not a wine connoisseur. The location is convenient since I can stop by here after trips to Kroger or as I pass it on my way home from work in the evenings.

Honestly a decent liquor store. The staff seemed friendly and store very clean. One of the members made sure we found what we needed which was helpful. Only thing I just find odd is how the employees uniforms have very short shorts. Shorts are one thing, but it's rather odd that a company would make it's employees wear shorts that don't even reach mid-thigh

This store has a great selection! It's convenient to with its drive through window. The store is also very clean and well lit. I'm always grateful that they keep some of my favorite wine in the cooler.

Have had some great experiences there. I am very COVID conscious and they seem to be really good with the drive through and letting you call in orders ahead of time. Denise is very helpful!

The store layout and decor are nice, the employee that checked me out was somewhat rude. I'm not sure if that is her typical demeanor, but she was not at all cheerful. The items I priced cost the same as Lake Liquor; which I visited before coming here. I will be shopping at Lake Liquor from now on.

The store itself has a great selection. I'm a whiskey/bourbon drinker myself, so I enjoy what they have on their normal shelves, which are priced pretty okay overall. When you get to the "harder to find" whiskey/bourbon, they price gouge the heck out of it. A bottle of EH Taylor Amaranth sells for $799 there, MSRP is $70. They also have the EH Taylorr marriage for $2999, and the MSRP on that is also $70. They also have the Elijah Craig 18 for $299, which MSRP is $150. I get it, but people who come in are more likely to be whiskey drinkers not whiskey collectors. Pricing like a whiskey collector isn't going to help anyone out even themselves

Went in here today for the 3rd and last time. 1st time was helped by a guy and he was pretty cool. 2nd and 3rd time helped by a lady who was rude. She racially profiled my wife and I during more than half of our trip. Trust a bottle of whisky was not worth stalking us around. Was very rude to my wife after I handed her both of our ids. It really is more convenient to our home but I would rather driver further than be degraded by a business. Maybe they will miss the money maybe they won't. Not my problem because I will not be back.

Price gouging! I understand free market but prices here go beyond that.Eagle Rare, SRP $29.99. Their price $99.99Knob Creek 12 year, SRP $59.99. Their price $149.99Weller Full Proof, SRP $49.99. Their price $499.99.Prices on other things seemed on par, just hunt bourbon elsewhere.

Maumelle Wine & Spirits is centrally located and excellent. Their employees are always incredibly down to earth and knowledgeable. They aren't a bunch of beer, whiskey, wine, etc uppity people, but they know what's good to drink and recommend. They haven't ever steered me wrong, and they will continue to have my business!
