Unfortunately I am having to contact corporate directly for my issue to be resolved due to the manager stating the owners will not do anything for my problem. That they will direct me back to the manager. To the same person that will not resolve my issue. I was an assistant manager for 2 1/2 years in Texas at a truck stop. I would’ve never handled the current situation I was dealing with the way this manager dealt with it.

They messed me up financially. Took $126.00 out of my bank account as a pre authorization and didn't even have gas. I bought nothing there but they got my money. It caused my account some issues. It IS a very good thing I have overdraft protection. When I asked for it back, they told me it would be 3 to 5 days. That big company is now using my money to make money. Not fair at all. I need that money to food. I consider them to be thieves. Never going back there.

This is by far the friendliest gas station I've ever been to. They aren't selling cigarettes currently because they're waiting for a new license. But the staff are very polite and professional. Give this place more service, they need it!

I stopped for gas and a restroom break. Location is usually fine except today. I informed the clerk that the soap was empty in the women’s bathroom. She seriously told me it wasn’t her job it was McDonalds. I said she could tell McDonalds. But no she and the other employee who was off the the clock just laughed and said it wasn’t their job and I should tell McDonalds. I laughed back and told them it wasn’t my job either. They are taking applications. Hope management can find some real employees. Next trip I think I’ll stop at Harp’s.

Very rude staff! Does not post when out of gas and when you try to get gas and pay at the pump it automatically charges your account $126! And you didn’t even get gas! I will inform everyone I know to go to Harps instead!

Stopped for a quick bite to eat at McDonalds, before I finished my hours and a half ling drive back home. Manager on duty was pleasant, and took a bit to get my order. However, made sure everything was correct and I had everything I needed. Went next door to use restroom, and notice one toilet was OVERFLOWING with feces and toilet paper, and the other was out of toilet paper. Went to let the worker know, to which he directed me to a shelf, BEHIND THE COUNTER. And said “it’s on this shelf, get it yourself”. I kindly asked if I was allowed to be behind there to get it. Response “I guess if you need it, you can get it”. As I walked away, already fruterated with the situation, he muttered,”I want to know why it wasn’t cleaned at 9:00”. This probably came from the fact I had a management uniform for SONIC on, not McDonalds. Either way I was less than impressed. I’ll pass next time.Worker on duty when I was there NAMED:HUNTERAlso, management, I witnessed HUNTER SMOKING IN THE BUILDING, isn’t that against product laws.

An absolute poor impression on Marshall Arkansas! The bathrooms are filthy, both urinals were covered with plastic bags, the fan in the bathroom sounds like its about to blow up. What a shame that a business that does this much business allows their property to be in shambles. Its a terrible reflection on Marshall. I plan to contact McDonalds and let them know they have a restaurant partnering with such a filthy establishment.

Well the lil big girl and the big guy that must be her boyfriend are extremely rude poor attitude poor service they really both deserve to be fired not going into detail but just know if ur vehicle can make it to another gas station I'd be a hell of a lot better off. Now I know why they get treated the way they do by customers, that's just bad business folks.and if I can help it they won't get no more of mine thanks

The only half way descent thing bout that place is the quarter machine & really that's ripping u off its what it's designed for....but I do love to play it so I dnt mind to pay it😎
