I am probably in the Dollar General at 212 Hester Parker Dr, Marked Tree, AR 72365 at least every other day. This is a very small community, and this is the only type of store in our town. We have to drive to the next town for a Wal-Mart, so this Dollar General is always packed with customers. For the past 3 days, they have had a sign on their door saying that you can only pay with a card. Why can you not shop and pay cash?! Another problem that I have is that the shelves are always empty. Before I go in, I always check for any available coupons, or to check online to see if a product is in stock. The app will say that there are 3 of a particular item that you need. When you go inside, there aren't any of that product on the shelves.

I completely agree with Mr Willoughby's comment made a week ago. Staff members in this store are always rude, unhelpful, disinterested in customers service. Cashier's do not acknowledge people at checkout not even a Thank you. Most of the employees would rather talk to each other about personal issues than focus on customer. Store is always filthy, looks as if has not been cleaned in a month. Wish I could add ohitos

Never stocked. A total mess. We understand the struggles to restock. We do not understand the isles filled with boxes, with barely any room to walk. Management is very poor. The owner should not be allowed to represent Dollar General.

Associates were Super nice! Saw my Surgery Wound Lifted water for me put in cart and waited for me to check out to put in my car! Now, that's what you call Excellent Customer Service!! Thanks Ms. Deb!

The clerk was rude and talking to someone in her head piece the whole time. Than when someone was looking at some electronics behind the counter she was very rude when telling him to get from behind the counter. Luckily i was just driving through id hate to have to go back to a place with such poor customer service skills.

Dg always a good bet these days. Save some money and for quick trips. It may surprise you. Good source for vitamins, cheap.

This store is very unprofessional and extremely dirty. The sales associates are totally rude and ignorant. They have no knowledge of store policies and just lie to customers like we are stupid.

It's was cluttered with stock blocking isles and just dirty. And the waiting to be checked out was ridiculous.
