A lot of traffic. The AC is loud, but I am grateful there is one. Every time my husband got out of bed, there was a loud noise, like the bed was hitting something. The planter box was in the way. It made it hard to bring stuff in the room and had cans on it. People can be trifling.Rooms: Spacious, clean. The clock on the microwave is wrong. Noisy.

Convenient highway access. The bed was nice and definitely new/good mattress and clean bedding. They appear to be remodeling most of the flooring planks we're bowed and moved. Stated a handicap room, not a handicap toilet, standard and too low, but did have safety bars. Nice bed and TV, a decent enough place to sleep and well lit outside and safe feeling. Only $10 pet charge which was a plus!

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights there recently. The manager was nice however the cleaning staff, one in particular was very loud and rude. It was very noisy at night due to people screaming and yelling. The room wasn't cleaned properly and smelled bad. The wifi didn't work and the TV was blurry. There was mold on the walls and in the toilet. The towels were heavily stained. I called the office about the noise but no one answered. My advice is don't stay there.

This is the worst motel experience of my life. I would not recommend under any circumstances.Like another review here they charged me twice and customer service, after fighting thru horrible ESL issues, refused to make any changesAside from that the tv had no internet, the BOY they sent to fix it failed, and then ran out of the room and left it wide open for my calm but confused dog to run out into the parking lotNoteworthy details: They stole $90 charging twice for the room. If u read the reviews you’ll see it’s std for them.

For the price it's more like a four star, definitely less grungy than I was expecting for the cost bracket. Lots of hot water, relatively clean, nice solid mattress. Fill-in staff very helpful. I slept well. Great value for money.

Nice room for about $75. Beds/sheets were nice and clean. The room smelled good. Room looked updated. Bath/toilet on smaller side but definitely still good. Only thing I didn't like was the missing swing guard/top lock. We only used the room to sleep while traveling (less than 8 hours). We would stop here again.

Many times you get what you pay for. The bed was clean, although the quilt had some stains. So did the walls in the bathroom.What it had going for it is it still had rooms open when we discovered there were no affordable rooms left in Memphis. It was certainly not expensive. We thought our fellow guests were quite nice.

Needed a good room to rest for the night with a one night price!! Dreamland inn came through on both. The room is nice with updated floors bathroom and huge TV with Roku! The only thing I would say "negative" is that floors need sweeping and mopping. I took off my shoes to put on my slippers and my socks got full of hair of different colors lol. This is why I never walk in a hotel room barefoot or in my socks, however I will not complain because I got a great deal with a very nice room.

We were going to stay here because of the price. It seemed nice enough at first but when we pulled up to our room, we noticed the room above ours had the window busted out. The room itself smelled funny and had stuff on the wall that wasn't cleaned. It's not well insulated so you hear the traffic from the highway outside. We got a refund immediately.

The rooms at this motel are actually decent and do not have bugs, but with that the staff are a little rude. The first day we stayed they woke us up and would not allow us time to get dressed to come to the lobby and pay. Long story short we told the guy we were leaving, he then precedes to stand in the door way while its super cold outside and then turns the heater off not once but twice because I turned it back on. Who treats paying customers like this or customers in general. If you don't have your payment ready right at 11am I would suggest not coming to this place of business. My boyfriend went down early to pay and was told over the phone in lobby to come back because the clerk was sleeping. He went down again at 11am was told to come back again and then at 11:05 he called the room and said to come pay that he was in the office. Dealing with the staff is not pleasant but the room is not bad and the bed is comfortable ^^

I stayed the night here and in the morning my toilet clogged and over flowed. I tried to call the office, only busy signal. Go to the office, locked and nobody there. Tried to call and leave a voice mail so somebody would be aware of it. No voice mail, just rang forever. This is at 7:30 am which seems a reasonable time for office staff to be around to me.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I reserved a single room recently using my debit card to hold the room. Upon arrival my fiancée checked in using his debit card. To my surprise both cards were charged. I called to request a refund on one of the charges and was told that they couldn’t refund. Thieves!!! Save your money!!! Save yourself the stress! That room costed $145. Could have stayed elsewhere and had better accommodations.

Stayed twice. First time the room was not cleaned. The lady at the desk had a bit of an attitude when I asked for towels and bed clothes. On both stays the a/c stopped working. Summer in Arkansas is too hot for that.

Customer service is terrible. If there is a problem, and you complain about it, they will not apologize for the inconvenience. They will not try to remedy a complaint or even speak rationally with a customer. They just want your money; that is all they care about. I was talking to the "owner's wife" (who refused to give her name) about issues and she told me to "go ahead, write a bad review, it does not matter because it is only one review" then threatened to call the police. Then she told me to call 911 if I didn't like her customer service. Thus was all the result of a leaky bathroom sink, noise all night long, and a request for a discount. She said it was not her fault, and the guest needs to call right away (in the middle of the night) to report any complaint. Do yourself a favor, and don't stay at this establishment.

Right off exit. Pet friendly $10.00 per Pet. Spacious, didn't small bad but floor dirty. Shady neighborhood but they have cop cameras on corner. The one good thing we found was a barbecue restaurant walking distance. (Big gun BBQ)

Shower didn't work, tv didn't turn on and outlet by the bed didn't work. Beds were very uncomfortable. Price was the only positive. Didn't expect much but it was the worst motel I've stayed in.

It's a renovated rodeway inn that hasn't been open very long. Unlike some they did a nice job in the room. But they still need to get an extra chair / love seat and a few other minor things. Not bad for the price.
