I ‘m deeply disappointed with animal healthcare in Marion Arkansas on Nov 3rd 2023 Despite being assured that my cat was healthy it tragically passed away the same day what adds to the distress is that there was no reimbursement or, acknowledgment of the situation I expected better support especially when the clinic had assured me of my cat well being miraculous healthy this lack of responsibility is dis hearting and leaves me question, the quality of care and accountability at animal health center Marion Arkansas😪

The odor at this place was a bit stronger than I'm used to, but the staff and the doctor were stellar. Very friendly and helpful, and the doc was among the best I have encountered. The remedy for my dog was better than I had anticipated.

We have used Dr. Bell for the last 13 years exclusively (except for emergency). He and his staff treat our animals like they are part of his family too! Wouldn't use anyone else for our fur babies!!

Love the doctors and staff here. They all seem to really love their job and the animals. They understand that you are not just bringing in an animal you are bringing in a part of your family something you love so they show them love them to. I had gone to different clinic in WM but they all seemed miserable there. Check you in take u back. Dr comes in doesnt even take my cat out of the carrier and sticks him with shots and sent me on my way... that doesnt happen at the Animal Health Center in Marion. I have several different staffers that even if they are not the ones seeing my cat.. they are coming in the room to see him and love on him and always remember his name. Thanks guys, for making my babies feel special and giving them the real medical attention they deserve!

Had a much better experience here than I've ever had at any other vet. The entire team made my senior dog and I feel super welcomed. They gave me a pretty extensive rundown of my dog's health without making me wait several hours or having to call me back days later. And most importantly, they seem to actually enjoy their jobs and take great care of animals. Would highly recommend.

We have been taking our dogs to Animal Health Center for nearly 10 years. I find them to be thorough and compassionate veterinarians. I've never had an issue with them or any of their staff. They always fit us in when we need them.

Always treat me and my husband bad when we bring one of our fur babies for anything. We show up on appointment day and they tell us that our appointment is for another day, always overlook us and talk to everyone else. I don’t know if they’re racist or not or just don’t like us because we don’t allow them to talk or do us any kind of way. Never answers the phone and the receptionist is very rude. My fur babies won’t be returning, I’m very afraid they might mistreat them.

They are friendly and professional. However, they still declaw cats. That's a hard no for me and I will never attend a veterinarian who does so.

Had an appointment scheduled for 10/3 for annual and bath. My child’s father was killed 9/30. Rescheduled the appointment on 10/2 for the next Tuesday (10/10) & they never set up the appointment in the computer. Why set up appointments if you don’t record the info?

They do a really good job and vere friendly staff but i try to not take my dog unless i absolutely have too because they always end up charging me for stuff for my dog that i didn't ask for thankfully most of the time i have the money but that's only because i have a bit saved away if i was on a fixed income itd be way worse plus not a lot of other options as far as vets go to in town

Outstanding! Dr. Bell and his entire team are awesome! Highly skilled and wonderfully caring. Despite moving out of the area several years ago we make the 2.5 hour drive to bring our four legged family member here.

They have been our vet for about 5 years. We love Dr. Bell, and Dr. Gross. All of the vet techs are amazing. Our pups love them all. We have always received excellent care here for our pets. Some people say it's expensive, I say you get what you pay for.

I chose them mostly based on location but once I read the reviews I was sold. Yoy do have to make an appointment first. There was a little confusion about my appointment but once that was settled everything was great. Renee at the front desk is really sweet and the amount of calls and customers seems almost overwhelming but she handled it pretty well. The vet was knowledgeable and seemed to me to be an honest animal lover. The prices were extremely low. For an annual exam, a rabies, leukemia, and an immunity boost that fights off several feline diseases, an eye exam and the eye drops for the infection all total was only $130. Not to mention a free bag of treats for the 🐱. Highly recommend them.

This place double vaccinated my dog when we brought her in for a hurt tail. They also charged us $200+ every time. After they double vaccinated her and tried to blame it on us, we decided to take our pets to a vet that is over 40 miles away from home vs this one that is only 2, and I've never been happier with my animals' care. Don't let them scam you out of your money for YEARS like I did.

I've used them previously but changed vets to the Animal hospital. Both vets at the Animal hospital recently retired so we need a new vet but won't be this one. We adopted a dog from the Animal shelter and they now use this office. They set us up an appointment to get the dog spayed and they done the procedure. I took her back to get the stitches out and the young man that took her was very nice and friendly. There was a white haired lady at the desk that wasn't friendly at all. I tried to ask questions about any medication the dog was on or when I could start different heartworm treatment. She played on her phone the whole time wiyhout even looking up at me and gave sarcastic responses. I was polite and friendly the whole time.

Everyone's attitude there really depends on the day. I've taken my dog there her entire life, never enjoyed my experience there. They'd always be vague on the information I asked for unless I asked am excessive amount of questions. They expect YOU to have a good attitude as you sit in a room for an hour with small visits back and forth while they take your dog behind the office and then take another 5 minutes to do what you came there to do.They don't have to have a good attitude but you sure do. They want you to be happy that you're paying the excessive prices they put out and if you complain too much dr.bell himself will come back there and talk down to you like you're a child.While I was running back and forth trying to get my mom's permission to sign off $140 for vaccines and blood work, I may have sounded rude in the midst of it due to stress. Well as I had finally figured out what my mother wanted to do for my dog I tried to jokingly say "go ahead and take my money". It came out as rude because I was so stressed out and this is exactly what happened.I've never enjoyed coming here but this was the icing on the cake. They always have judging eyes there and never make you feel more comfortable.Go to Dr.Gherring, it's where my cat gets his vaccinations. Better services, friendlier staff, way better prices.

Very poor staff rude they dont even deserve one star. My dog had a harness and lease on him and they took a special lease and jerked on his neck. I was very upset and said my feeling and left. . I wont be there ever again.

I love Dr. bell and his staff. I’ve been going to them since they were at their old location on 64. Compassionate and will take the time to talk to you about all your options when it comes to your fur baby’s health.

Dr. Bell & Dr. Gross truly care about the animals they service, and while sometimes the reception staff can lack friendliness, the care your fur babies receive makes up for it ten-fold. Vet techs are also amazing and will know you and your pets by name very quickly. AHC is also very supportive of local charities and is VERY cooperative with local shelters. This is just another reason you must bring your animals here!

We were driving across the country with our dog and she broke a toenail pretty badly. It was still attached and was obviously hurting her. We called at least five different vets nearby to see if anyone could see her and were shot down repeatedly until we called Animal Health Center. We could tell they were busy but they offered to squeeze us in. They took her back, cut off the nail and fixed her up in no time. Then they told us they weren’t even charging us!! The staff obviously cares about what they do and I can’t thank them enough!!!
