Wonderful place to stay for the night. We had a clean comfortable room..hardwood floors. Beds comfortable and bathrooms clean. Lots of channels on the tv. And we ate from pizza inn who delivered to our room.. The prices were right on target. Last but not least the staff..they were friendly helpful and we felt comfortable here.The ONLY complaint we had was the continental breakfast. There was nothing to eat but cereal but there was no milk. We did however not get in there till 830am so I guess the others ate it all. Not a big deal.

I had driven 8 hours after working 8 hours and literally stopped at the first place I saw. The staff was friendly (only reason for not giving it a one) $75 for two queen beds. The check in guy was great; when he asked if upstairs was okay and I asked for downstairs due to sleeping kids with me and he obliged. That was the end of the pleasantries. The walls were paper thin. The people on both sides of us were fighting majority of the night(wee hours of the morning). It was right off the interstate so very loud (expected though). The room. Oh the room...the carpet was sticky. The bathroom was horrifying. There was trash on the floor where they had changed the toilet paper, but the roll was over 3/4 of the way gone! The tub had dirt & hair in it. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The toilet would run every 10 minutes. (The counter and sink had recently been replaced and were beautiful!)The ceiling was moldy and the texturing was falling off, some had already been removed in a giant sections. There was dusty spider webs going from the wall to the chair to the lights. The bed were clean, thankfully. The "breakfast" was corn flakes, a gallon of milk sitting on the counter, and a plastic box of donuts a man was carrying around eating out of...like they say, you get what you pay for. Yikes.

I had problems with my stay from the very beginning!! I was SUPPOSED to have a king room but when I went in the bathroom, the toilet bowl was full of poop. They switched me to a queen room because "nothing else was available" THEN the baseboard by the bathroom fell off which caused me to step on a screw that punctured my foot. They did nothing about that. On my last night that I was supposed to stay there, a RAT literally ran right past me!! I checked out around 12:30am and only got partially refunded for my stay!! The stay was horrible from the beginning. After me stepping on the nail (that hadn't fallen when I walked past the first time) the lady at the front desk had the nerve with attitude to act like it was my fault that I didn't see it smh stay ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! They barely wanted to refund me for the one day!!!

The room was below average. The chairs were stained. Toilet didn't work right, the faucet in the tub was split, so I couldn't take a bath because the pressure of the water would split the faucet more. The stairs were rusted and rotten. I could see behind each step as I walked up. Trash was all outside. Staff was polite. Needing MAJOR RENOVATION!!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. Although the staff was nice, this place is a dump. The room was disgusting, stains all over the carpet, all the bath fixtures were rusted, the furniture was peeling and appeared to have water damage. The road noise is horrific, all night long with a nearby train crossing that could be heard as well.Unless you desire to contract some type of disease, or are on a multi day meth binge, STAY AWAY...... Drive a couple miles past for some better, cleaner, safer options

Friendliest hotel staff, large spacious rooms, hardwood floors, newly renovated, best movie channels, large pool, right next door to a friendly, helpful auto mechanics shop. Felt right at home! Ha, do not want to leave! Came in with car problems late in the day, worst situation, but could not have found a better hotel with helpful friendly staff to have helped me. Hotel owner called the mechanic and made sure I was taken care of! By the time I leave, I’m going to miss this place and the friendly staff! Ever in the area I will def be back. Maybe even just to stop by and say hey to the friends I’ve made. Would def recommend staying here!

Unfortunately the motel is in a state of disrepair while being remodeled. The pool was unusable, had a coffeemaker that couldn't be used, the outlets by the mirror didn't work, the vanity & faucet were beautiful, but the faucet was loose. The tub faucet was loose too. The rack to hang your clothes on was pulling away from the wall, etc. Power strips were old & filthy, and the list goes on. Nothing looked like the advertised pictures. It was disappointing to say the least. Hopefully it will be a lot better after the remodeling is completed.

Only gave one star in order to write a review! I would not recommend this hotel to even worst enemy. I have stayed many times at this location but this will definitely be my last. There was a huge commotion 2 doors down on our 2nd night there. A male yelling and banging on door that someone was trying to kill him and that he was hurt. I assumed for a moment maybe he had a few to many drinks and simply called the front desk to check on the situation. It got quiet for about 5 minutes then the yelling began again. This time the male was telling a females name and telling her to open the door because people was complaining and cops would be called. The yelling got louder and louder front desk called and said he was handling the situation which was a complete lie. A few minutes later all hell broke loose. The female opened the door and children were screaming hysterically and a female I was on the phone with 911 while this was taking place. Police arrived and occupants would not open door. The front desk guy was trying to say they had left which was a lie because we witnessed the entire situation unfold. While outside with officers I was told they were trying to gain access to the room to check on female and children. I informed the officer I was leaving until the situation waa taken care and had to leave my information. About an hour later I called hotel to see if everything was handled. I was told woman and children were still there and male had left premises before being caught. I informed him I would return to room for remaining belongings before our check out time of 11. I returned at 9am to find my door cracked, bed had been slept in and belongings missing except my pair of shoes. Highly pissed at this point I went to ask at front desk who was in my room he said I guess housekeeping I'm like so where is my stuff then. He said I guess the trash and that the officers had told him I was checking out. For one police officers don't check you out of hotels, secondly I had spoke with him an hour after situation. His story was completely different from what occurred. Housekeeping had not been in that room because all linens were still on beds and other bed had been slept in, same trash in trash can except belongings were missing. Yes I cursed at him because the room was still ours until check out and he became upset. So just a warning it is not a safe place to stay don't let them tell you any different!!! Local law enforcement can give you info on the numerous visits to this hotel.

The pictures are deceiving, dont believe the pictures!! Pretty Horrifying Place to stay. Filthy!! We asked for non smoking but the room instantly smelled like a smoke as soon as we walked in, there was a slight undertone of vomit in the air as well. Yuk! The walls were stained with dirt and who knows what else. The refrigerator had mold on it, bathroom was small and dirty of course. Its really just a disgraceful and appalling place to stay. I slept with my shoes on and my hoody tied tight around my face so I didnt touch the sheets as I slept. The only good thing about this place is the friendly staff and thats what the one star is for. Time for a remodel of the place!

The Good:The check-in guy was nice. The flooring is nice. The refridgerator works.The Bad:Most electrical outlets don't work. The micro doesn't work. The shower is falling apart.At either rate, it's the best price and it's a king bed.OVERALL: 5 Stars.

Lots of noise from highway, television did not work (mantainance man got it going, I started moving the channels and it quite working again), microwave did not work, towel holder above toilet was ripped off of the wall. The employees were all very nice, but the hotel needs lots of work, including steps to the second floor.

There's car park and parking for the disabled.I was stayed this Inn from Evansville on his way to Graceland in Menphis.The employees here are very friendly.I also provided breakfast.Cleanliness in the room was not bad.I just want to improve bed.I only offered one soap in a small pack,but I'd like to give it more.I paid about $49 for the room rate, which is a good price.

From the time that I arrived, I was treated with the highest customer service. When I went into the room, I was very impressed by the hard wood floors and the warm feeling that the room put off. I will recommend that all of my friends, family, and co-workers stay here.

Terrible room! Zero rating. Bathroom outlet broke, hair dryer broke, no coffee pots in room. Manager said they were broke use breakfast room. Our tv was broke, it was missing internet cable. Then had to have manager fix tv twice. Floor boards loose in room, dresser drawers filthy. Sad 😠Marion AR location.

Room was so dirty. Bathroom had a leak so it had water stains on the tub. The faucet was falling out of the wall, there were stains on the sheets, Flys everywhere, paint peeling from water damage, inside of the drawers were actual dirt and twigs. The floors and bathroom sink look like they had been recently updated making the room look extremely weird.

Bed bug stains! Left and went to the Hampton. Did not stop at the counter to collect a refund. Use my $57 towards cleaning. I was way too tired after driving all day to even argue a refund. STAY AWAY. Look at the review from a week earlier.... This was the same room I was given!!!

This is by far the nastiest hotel that I've ever stayed in there is not one inch of this place that isn't filthy there are roaches. The floors are sticky the bathtub is disgusting there's hair and sticky stuff and dirt and cigarette tobacco and Ashes all stuck in the drawers that you were supposed to use to put your things in there isdust caked up on everything. I will never ever stay here again and I would like to know that no one else would even consider staying in this hotel

Not worth a nights sleep. Bed had pubic hair under the comforter. We ended up sleeping on our own blanket. Highway next to rooms so it wasnt very quiet.

Checked in last night and the guest that was there before me must've had pets so they didn't clean room and it has dog hair everywhere and fleas in the room. That means the hotel staff didn't clean up nasty

Terrible. The room smelled bad,wall dirty,bathtub horrible ceilings peeling, towels stained. Stayed awake most of the night checking for bugs. Couldn't wait for the sun to come up so that we could get the hell out of there

Room was disgusting, even found a half of a blunt on the floor. And what about the debris behind the bathroom door! Clean the rooms is someone afraid to lift the vacuum up the stairs? I would never recommend this place to anybody let alone stay in it again myself.

The room was in horrible condition. I do not know how/why management would let them rent out a room that seem to be under construction. Pics have been uploaded on some of the things that were wrong. I am not sure what happened to my original review but here is a replacement.

I had a great stay at America's best value Inn. After driving all day I needed to get a place to stay. I was very surprised with the friendly service from the lady at the front desk and was very pleased with the room. I will be back when I'm back in town.

We rented a non-smoking room, but once we got in it smelled like ciggar. We changed or room and then all the bed sheet were filled with dirt. And it was expensive! (for what yyou get) DO NOT COME HERE. Find a better hotel near Mephis (10 min away)

I had a good rest at America's best value inn...I slept great ....it was the first time I slept in in a long time ....thank you to the front desk for being so kind....the owner is very nice....im definitely coming back
